Objective:The purpose of the clinical research is to evaluate the incidence, gender, age,BMI,geographical distribution of congenital heart disease, and the presence of arrhythmia complications in the early stage of diagnosis of congenital heart disease, and the association between the presence of arrhythmia complications and the surgical procedure of congenital heart disease. Methods:The study enrolled 877 patients with congenital heart disease who were randomly screened in 11 cities of Hebei province from January 2016 to December 2017.The arrhythmia was diagnosed from 12-lead surface electrocardiogram(ECG)and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG).The incidence, gender, age,BMI,geographical distribution and the features of the arrhythmia complications in each of the congenital heart disease, and the correlation between the features of the arrhythmia complications and the congenital heart disease, and the association between the presence of arrhythmia complications and the surgical procedure of congenital heart disease was assessed. Results:The simple types of congenital heart disease in children in hebei province include the relatively high incidence of atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect, the relatively low incidence of patent foramen ovale and patent ductus arteriosus.Atrial septal defect is associated with non-advanced atrioventricular block, ventricular septal defect with third-degree atrioventricular block, and patent ductus arteriosus with supraventricular tachycardia, furthermore, the first two correlations mainly consist in in children with congenital heart disease aged 1 or above. Conclusions:In children with congenital heart disease aged 1 year or older, atrial septal defects are associated with non-advanced atrioventricular block and ventricular septal defects are associated with third-degree atrioventricular block, furthermore, the presence of the ventricular septal defects' arrhythmias complications are associated with surgical procedures.
