Analysis Of Congenital Heart Disease With Arrhythmia

Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of arrhythmia in patients with congenital heart disease.Method: A total of 407 patients with arrhythmia cause by congenital heart disease were consecutive selected from January 2016 to December 2017.Male 134 and female 273;Average age was 17.71±16.66years;Height was 120.19±30.91cm;Weight was 29.75±22.63 Kg.SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the correlation between different types of imple congenital heart disease and arrhythmia.The arrhythmia was diagnosed by dedside 12-lead Electrocardiogram(ECG)and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram.Result: 407 cases of CHD who were successfully accepted,including 167 cases of atrial septal defect(ASD),137 cases of ventricular septal defect(VSD),42 cases of patent foraman ovale(PFO)and 102 cases of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Arrhythmia is right bundle branch block(RBBB),atria-ventricular block,atria-ventricular block,sinus arres,Atrial fibrillation(Af),ventricular premature beat,ventricular tachycardia(VT),supraventricular tachycardia(SVT)and atrial premature beat.All Data were analyzed by SPSS.Conclusion: The most common CHD types were ASD,VSD,PDA,compared with PFO.Incidence arrhythmia rate of CHD(RBBB,sinus tachycardia,Af,ventricular premature beat)was high,while fatal arrhythmia rate(ventricular tachycardia,3rd atria-ventricular block)was low.
