Objective: We retrospectively analyzed gastrointestinal radiography video of 60 perioperative patients who recieved Billroth ? with Braun anastomosis after distal gastrectomy.we evaluated the relationship between surgical methods and the digestive tract imaging performance,in order to master the correct operation skills of the gastrojejunostomy,to avoid postoperative gastrointestinal tract obstruction. Methods: We choose patients with the distal gastrectomy, the residual stomach and jejunum anastomosis, jejunum side-side anastomosis(Billroth ?with Braun)from June 2014 to December 2018 in the The fourth affiliated hospital of hebei medical university, besides thoses patients with a complete dynamic postoperative gastrointestinal radiography video footage, finally we retrospectively study its operation method, imaging manifestations and clinical symptoms, and discuss the surgery related factors which influence the postoperative obstruction of the digestive tract and residual stomach and jejunum anastomosis technique. Results: 60 patients were enrolled, including 42 males and 18 females. Those patients ranged in age from 40 to 79 years old, with an average age of 60 years.45 patients were received radical distal subtotal gastrectomy and 15 cases were received pancreaticoduodenectomy.14 were consistent with normal imaging findings, and 46 were abnormal imaging manifestation. Conclusions: Jejunal lateral anastomosis has a remedial effect for patients with various causes in which the input loop is the main outflow tract.Billroth ? with Braun gastrointestinal anastomosis after pancreaticoduodenectomy have a high prevalence of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome which may be associated with the overturn of mesenteric and the missing of Treitz ligament. The location of the outflow tract and the height of the output loop should be carefully selected when the tubular anastomat is used for gastrojejunostomy.
