Comparison Between Billroth-? With Braun And Billroth-? Reconstruction After Total Laparoscopic Distal Gastrectomy

Objective:This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Billroth-? with Braun and Billroth II anastomosis in the total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy.Methods:Retrospective study from november 2015 to october 2016,Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,compared outcomes in 40 patients who underwent Billroth ? + Braun reconstruction and 28 patients who underwent classic Billroth ? reconstruction.The clinical efficacy was compared between these two groups,including operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,bile reflux and other short time postoperative complications,postoperation hospitalization duration and hospitalization expenses.Results In the operation time,Billroth ? + Braun anastomosis group was(241.25±45.67)minutes,while.Billroth ? anastomosis group was(243.21±64.72)minutes.Intraoperative blood loss in Billroth II + Braun anastomosis group was(125±136.23)milliliters,Billroth II anastomosis group was(83.93±58.01)milliliters.Postoperative exhaust time in Billroth II + Braun anastomosis group was(4.50±1.60)days,Billroth II anastomosis group was(4.21±2.59)days.There was no significant.difference in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,and hospital stay(P>0.05).There was no difference in short time postoperative complications in the two groups.The bile reflux incidence rates of Billroth ? + Braun anastomosis group was 18.2%,witch in Billroth II anastomosis group is 33.3%,however,there was no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperation hospitalization duration in Billroth ?+ Braun anastomosis group is(9.65±3.07)days,which in Billroth ? anastomosis group is(13.46±9.26)days.There was significant difference.Compared with Billroth II anastomosis group,the incidence rates of hospitalization expenses was higher in Billroth ? + Braun anastomosis group(P<0.05),which in Billroth ?+ Braun anastomosis group is(83346.23± 12164.61)yuan,and in Billroth ? anastomosis group is(80353.94±22790.29)yuan.Conclusions Our study showed there was no significant difference in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative exhaust time.The bile reflux also had no significant difference,but the Sample size was too small,more study is needed.
