Objective: To analyze the clinical features and coronary artery lesions in female patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods: A total of 103 patients with fresh acute myocardial infarction who underwent coronary angiography in the Second Department of Cardiology medicine, the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2018 to November 2018 were enrolled. These patients were classified into two groups by gender:the research group with 33 cases of female patients and the control group with 70 cases of male patients. The research group was classified into two subgroups by the type of AMI: the STEMI group with 17 cases and the NSTEMI group with 16 cases. And their clinical features and coronary lesions were compared.Spss 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Clinical information: the age of the research group was significantly older, the history of hypertension was significantly more common, and the history of smoking and drinking was significantly less common in the research group compare to the control group(P <0.05);2.Laboratory indicators: There was no significant difference in the spect of the traditional risk factors between the research group and the control group(P >0.05).Comparisons of the unconventional risk factors indicated that the value of mean platelet volume, uric acid nitrogen and total cholinoid were significantly lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).3.Characteristics of coronary lesions: There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).4.Analysis of the two subgroups: the number of white blood cell was higher and the mean platelet volume was larger in the STEMI group than in the NSTEMI group(P<0.05);Single vessel lesion was less common in the NSTEMI group than in the STEMI group(P<0.05),and three vessel lesions was more common in the NSTEMI group than in the STEMI group(P<0.05).Gensini scores of the NSTEMI group were higher than the STEMI group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared to the male patients of acute myocardial infarction, the female patients had older ages, lower chance of having smoking and drinking history, and hypertension history.Mean platelet volume, uric acid, urea nitrogen, and total bilirubin might be risk factors of coronary heart disease in female patients with acute myocardial infarction.2.White blood cell count and mean platelet volume were higher in female patients of STEMI than in the patients of NSTEMI.3.Single vessel lesions was more common in female patients of STEMI patients than NSTEMI patients, and three vessel lesions was more common in female patients with NSTEMI patients than STEMI patients.
