Background and objective: Atherosclerosis is one kind of disease risking health of mankind, and called "number one killer" in developed countries. It is one of major causes of death in the world. There are 17 million people dying of a cardiovascular disease, a half of which are acute myocardial infarction as described in 《The world health report in 2002》 .Three-quarter of people have history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes and blood-fat disorder. Incidence rate of atherosclerotic disease has been increasing quickly recent years in our country, although it is a little lower than western countries. Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a disease involving many etiological factors, such as hyperlipoidemia, hypertension, diabetes, male, aged, family history of coronary heart disease and so on, which are called risk factors of coronary artery disease.The coronary arteriongraphy is choice of imageology way used to determine whether or not patients have coronary artery disease. Electrocardiogram is a cornerstone to diagnose acute myocardial infarction. They both are kinds of important method to diagnose CHD in clinic work. The objective of the study is to reveal the relationship between incidence rate of anterior wall or inferior wall myocardial infarction and one, two,three branches of coronary artery vasculopathy by analyzing number of vascular lesion and results of electrocardiogram.Materials and Methods: 351 cases with CHD were selected, who were registered at cardiology department of the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university from 2004,1 to...
