Objective:At present, the lack of vitamin D has been well known for most of medical researchers in terms of influence on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body, however, which is still discussed for reproductive system.1.In this paper, determined the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D content in different populations, explore the nutritional status of vitamin D in female infertility, and analysis of the relationship between serum vitamin D and IVF outcomes.2.Provide a reference for the treatment of vitamin D deficiency in infertility patients.Methods:1.Subjects 150 infertility patients who received in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment from December 2017 to December 2018 in the Assisted Reproductive Centre of the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics,Sixth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital, and 200 physical examination female of childbearing age.All of the peoples are informed consent for this study.2.Inclusion criteria:20-46 years old, cause of infertility including:fallopian tubes, decreased ovarian reserve, endometriosis, ovulation dysfunction?polycystic ovary syndrome, luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome?,Unexplained.3.Exclusion criteria:contraindications of assisted reproductive techno-logy,>46 years old, vitamin D supplements within three months or using effect of vitamin D drugs.4.Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D2 and 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 level were measured by liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer?LC-MS/MS?,and record patients'body mass index?BMI?.All the patients were treatmented with IVF/ICSI mild stimulation, records IVF/ICSI outcomes?including normal fertilization rate, third day high-quality embryos rate, available embryo rate and embryos implantation rate?.5.The diagnostic criteria is according to the Institute of Medicine?IOM?clinical practice guideline published in 2011.6.According to the serum vitamin D content, the patients were divided into three groups, the vitamin D normal group, the vitamin D deficiency group and the vitamin D deficiency group. To compare the difference of three groups, including normal fertilization rate, third day high-quality embryos rate, available embryo rate and embryos implantation rate.7.According to whether the patient had previous recurrent miscarriage and repeated IVF failure Patients were divided into:group A,previous recurrence-free abortion and/or recurrent IVF failure group;group B,recurrent abortion and/or repeated IVF failure group. The group B were divided into:group B1,the recurrence abortion group;group B2,the recurrent spontaneous abortion and repeated IVF failure group and group B3,the repeated IVF failure group. Then compare the difference of four groups, including normal fertilization rate, day 3 high-quality embryos, available embryo rate and embryos implantation rate.Results:1.The proportion of normal serum vitamin D in infertility patients is lower than the general population?P=0.025?;2.Serum vitamin D levels in infertility patients are negatively correlated with BMI?P=0.027?;3.Patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and repeated IVF failure had high serum vitamin D levels, but the available embryo rate and the third day high quality embryo rate were low;4.The mean values of serum vitamin D levels in each group grouped in the previous study were below the normal range of vitamin D?>30 ng/mL?.Conclusion:1.Vitamin D deficiency is common in infertility patients in this study.supplement vitamin D maybe improve IVF outcomes;2.The degree of vitamin D deficiency in infertility patients in this study was negatively correlated with BMI.It is recommended to supplement vitamin D in patients with high BMI index;3.In this study, the average value of serum vitamin D in infertility women is about 20ng/mL.It is recommended that women with infertility need to supplement the appropriate amount of vitamin D.
