Objective: To explore the levels of CA125 and IL-27 in tuberculous pleural effusion, and to explore the significance of combined determination of IL-27 and CA-125 levels in tuberculous pleural effusion and their correlation. Methods: In this paper,191 cases of pleural effusion in Baoding NO.1 Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2015 to June 2017 were analyzed by prospective research method.35 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion were confirmed as the experimental group, and 31 cases of malignant pleural effusion as the control group. The levels of CA125 and IL-27 were measured in pleural effusion samples of two groups.CA125 was determined by hydrothorax chemiluminescence method.IL-27 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in pleural effusion, and statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS21.0 statistical software package. The results of measurement data were expressed as mean(+standard deviation).Because the variables of the experimental group were normal distribution and the variance was homogeneous,t test was used to compare the two groups. The sensitivity and specificity of IL-27 and CA125 results were measured by ROC working curve analysis. The correlation between IL-27 and CA125 was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis,P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: 35 cases tuberculous pleural effusion,The average detection value of CA125 in tuberculous pleural effusion was 1043.79 ±184.56u/ml,and 859.42±165.7u/ml in 31 cases of malignant pleural effusion. The level of CA125 in tuberculous pleural effusion patients was significantly higher than that in malignant pleural effusion patients, and the difference was statistically significant. The detection value of IL-27 in tuberculous pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion was 298.54±147.49ng/L and 115.64 ±35.35ng/L.The level of IL-27 in tuberculous pleural effusion was also significantly higher than that in malignant pleural effusion. The difference was statistically significant. There was a significant positive correlation between IL-27 and CA-125 in tuberculous pleural effusion(r = 0.762,P < 0.01).The sensitivity and specificity of CA125 in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion were 90.28% and 88.1%,respectively.Diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion by IL-27.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of CA125 and IL-27 in tuberculous pleural effusion were 92.7% and 86.7%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of CA125 and IL-27 were 95.7% and 92.3%.CA125 combined with IL-27 detection can be used as a specific index for clinical diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion and be promoted. Conclusion:The combined detection of CA125 and IL-27 has positive significance in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion and can be popularized in clinical diagnosis.
