Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is a common malignant tumor originating from the renal tubular urinary tubular epithelial system. The incidence of RCC accounts for 2% to 3% of human malignant tumors, ranking second only to bladder cancer in urological malignancies. As people pay more and more attention to tumors, the research on the molecular mechanism of tumor occurrence and development has been valued gradually. In recent years, the members of FAM83 family have entered the line of sight gradually, and we have initially explored the relationship between the FAM83 H and RCC which is a member of the FAM83 family. The main research contents and results are as follows:Objective: The expression of FAM83 H mRNA and FAM83 H protein in RCC tissues and corresponding normal tissues was detected to analyze the relationship between mRNA and protein expression of RCC tissues and clinicopathological data of patients.Method:1.The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)was applied to detect the relative expression of FAM83 H mRNA in RCC tissues and corresponding normal tissues. The relationship was analyzed between the relative expression of FAM83 H mRNA and the clinicopathological data of patients(age, gender, tumor diameter, distant metastasis and clinical stage).2.The streptavidin-perosidase(S-P)staining method was applied to detect the expression of FAM83 H protein in RCC tissues and corresponding normal tissues. The relationship was analyzed between the expression of FAM83 H protein and the clinicopathological data of patients(age, gender, tumor diameter, distant metastasis and clinical stage).Result:1.The relative expression of FAM83 H mRNA in RCC tissues was higher than that in corresponding normal tissues significantly((1.39±0.41)vs.(1.00±0.00),P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the relative expression of FAM83 H mRNA in RCC tissues and the clinicopathological data of patients(age, gender, tumor diameter, distant metastasis and clinical stage)(P>0.05).2.The positive rate of FAM83 H protein expression in RCC was higher than that in corresponding normal tissues significantly(79.66%(47/59)vs.27.12%(16/59),P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the expression of FAM83 H protein in RCC tissues and the clinicopathological data of patients(age, gender, tumor diameter, distant metastasis and clinical stage)(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The high expression of FAM83 H mRNA in RCC may be related to the occurrence of RCC,and FAM83 H may be a potential carcinogenic molecule in the occurrence of RCC.The high expression of FAM83 H mRNA in RCC may not be related to age, gender, tumor diameter, distant metastasis and clinical stage.2.The expression of FAM83 H protein in RCC may be related to the occurrence of RCC.The expression of FAM83 H protein in RCC may not be related to age, gender, tumor diameter, distant metastasis and clinical stage.
