The experimental sample of this thesis is the root of Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc Planch.ex Miq),which is a plant belonging to Actinidiaceae,Actinidia Lindl.In ancient times,people had used the root of Actinidia arguta as a medicine with the curative effects of clearing heat,cooling blood and diuresis recorded by the ancient books.Modern research shows that the root of Actinidia arguta has the pharmacological effects of hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and anti-tumor cells.Nowadays,the research focuses on the chemical constituents and bioactivity of Actinidia chinensis belonging to Actinidiaceae,Actinidia Lindl.while the research on its congener Actinidia arguta is less.Therefore,in this research,the author chooses the root of Actinidia arguta as the object of study,focusing on its chemical constituents and biological activity.In this project,column chromatography tests were carried out using silica gel,polyamide,etc.As the fillers.Twenty-three kinds of compounds were isolated from the root of actinidia arguta,and twenty-one kinds of compounds were identified with high performance liquid chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance.They are 7-O-[?-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-6)-?-D-glucopyranoside]-1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyone(1)3-O-[?-D-pyranose-(1-6)-?-D-galactopyranoside]-5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone(2)catechin(3)?-sitosterol(4)quercetin(5)isoquercitrin(6)oleanolic acid(7)2?,3?,23?-trihydroxyoleane-12-en-28-acid(8)Arjunolicacid(9)Euscaphicacid(10)2?,3?,19?,23-quahydroxyusu-12-en-28-acid-28-O-?-D-pyranglucosidase(11)Ursolic acid(12)2?,3?-Dihydroxy oleanane-12-en-28-acid(13)2?,3?,24-trihydroxyursul-12-en-28-acid(14)3?-hydroxy-20-en-ursane(15)Corosolic acid(16)2?,3?,24-trihydroxy ursane-12-en-28-acid(17)2?,3?,19?,23-tetrahydroxy ursane-12-en-28-acid(18)2?,3?,23-trihydroxyursane-12,20(30)-dien-28-acid(19)2?,3?,24-trihydroxyursane-12,20(30)-Diene-28-acid(20)Carotenoid(21).Through the comparison of literatures,the twenty-one kinds of compounds are all known in nature.In this experiment,the obtained compounds were used to biological activity tests of enzyme activity inhibition,and some of the compounds were analyzed quantitatively,for the better utilization of this kind of plant and providing help and reference for the further study on Actinidias.
