Study On Chemical Composition That Constituents In Actinidia Root

Actinidia Lindl. is a kind of deciduous or evergreen vine which contains 66 species,and a great deal of them exist only in China.In our country, Acitindia deliciosa C.F.Liang et A.R.Ferguson is widely distributed and in abundance. As a kind of Chinese Ancient medicine, root of Actinidia has a great effect on the treatment of liver cancer and hepatitis. Considering it, this systematic research about the chemical constitutions of Actinidia chinensis Planch was carried out which based on the modern chemical compartment analysis technology and the result of the experiments of anti-injury.And it laid the groundwork for the further utilization as a medicine.First, the root of Acitindia deliciosa C.F.Liang et A.R.Ferguson which is prepared as the material for the experiments of anti-injury is distilled by ethyl alcohol. According to the result of experiments , the sample distilled by ethyl alcohol was extracted by petroleum ether, ethylacetate and n-butyl alcohol one after another. The part extracted by ethylacetate is the most active part on the pharmacological .Second,By the use of macroporous absorption resin AB-8, this part is divided into four sections which are marked asâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,â…£,and this four parts are eluting by four different consistency's ethyl alcohol,they are 30%,45%,60% and 75%.After the activity select of the experiments of anti-injury, theâ…¡andâ…¢which are the most active part was selected for the next further separation and distillation.Third, By the means of MCI ,ODS column chromatography,5 compounds were obtained ,they are a₁,a₂,a₃,a₄ and a₅ .In the separate processing,we merge the same eluting constituents.In the eluting processing,we use TLC to detect the constituents of the outflow.Then,use HPLC to detect the purity of the five compounds.Forth,by means of NMR and related documents,the structure of the five compounds are definited to be ursane saponin.Finally, after the activity select of the experiments of anti-injury about the five compounds,the a1 and a4 are the most activest compounds.
