Comparison Research On Health Data Ethics At Domestic And Overseas From The Prespective Of Knowledge Map

Objective:Through the analysis of the research topic of health data ethics at home and abroad,the author finds out the ethical problems in health data at home and abroad,and tries to propose solutions based on the actual situation of China and the relevant experience of foreign countries.It provides ideas for the study of health data ethics in China and guarantees the development of health data in China.Methods:Chinese data were obtained from relevant literatures published in PubMed database by CNKI,wan fang and the first author,and foreign data were obtained from PubMed database.Keywords in domestic and foreign health data ethics literature included in the database were taken as research objects.Keywords co-occurrence analysis method,cluster analysis method,social network analysis method and visualization technology were used together with word frequency analysis to study and compare the research data of health data ethics at home and abroad.Results:In terms of publication volume,foreign studies on health data ethics started in 1954,while Chinese studies on health data ethics have a short history,starting in 1998.The number of related documents published at home and abroad is increasing.Compared with foreign publications in this field,there is still a big gap.In terms of research structure,there are many research topics in China,and the research topics in this field are highly independent.And the connection between abroad research network theme is close.In terms of research topics,China's health data ethics research network is grouped into 14 research topics,which are: Clinical data in ethical thinking,health data under the perspective of legal system,ethical problems of data in clinical trials,animal experimentaldata in the ethical issues,health education research data,medical data in humanistic care in medical practice ethical thinking,ethical issues in the allocation of health resources data,the data in the organ transplantation ethical thinking,auxiliary data ethical issues in clinical diagnosis technology,is given priority to with emergency clinical salvage the data in the ethical issues,disease prevention and control of the data in the ethical issues,health management and health promotion of data in the data in the ethical issues,biological genetics ethical problems and death in the data Problem.Abroad study were network is divided into eight topics,respectively is: the data in the ethical issues of evidence-based medicine(ebm),drug clinical trial data in ethical issues,ethical issues of data in health management and health promotion,ethical thinking of data in medical and health resources allocation,organ transplantation and human assisted reproductive technology ethical thinking,death of data in the data,the ethical issues in emergency medical data in the ethical issues and health data under the perspective of cross-cultural research.In terms of research contents,the similarities are mainly reflected in the following aspects: patients' privacy protection,informed consent,health data security,intellectual property rights,fair access,academic misconduct,desubjectification,data disclosure and big data gap.The differences are mainly reflected in the following aspects :(1)Chinese researchers also pay attention to the problem of isolated island of health data,while foreign researchers also study the problem of ownership of health data.(2)The ethical problems of health data in China mainly occur in the process of patients seeking medical treatment,while the ethical problems of health data in foreign countries mainly occur in the use and sharing of health data information system.(3)China mainly carries out health data protection education for medical personnel,while foreign countries educate both doctors and patients.(4)The characteristics of health data ethics research abroad are: health data legal system focuses on the laws and regulations of electronic health data;In the research of organ transplantation,the system of presumed consent is optional.In the ethical research of gene data,patients have the right not to know about gene privacy.(5)The research characteristics of China's health data ethics research are: informed consent exemption is implemented in emergency medical treatment;Conduct cross-cultural research from the perspective of emergency medicine.Conclusion:(1)Researchers at home and abroad keep a high research heat in the field of healthdata ethics.(2)Domestic and foreign scholars generally agree on the research topic of health data ethics,but foreign systematic research on specific topics is better,and the links between Chinese topics are not close.For example,in China,data ethics in the allocation of health resources and disease prevention and control are divided into two research topics,while in foreign countries,these two research topics are grouped into one,which focuses more on the system.(3)Researchers at home and abroad have different research contents on health data ethics.The major ethical issues in health data have been recognized by scholars at home and abroad,and both at home and abroad have their own research characteristics.The research features of our country are the research topics of emergency medical data ethics,while the research features of foreign countries are formed in the aspects of health data legal system,organ transplantation and genetic data ethics.Advice:Based on the advanced concept of health data management in foreign countries and the actual situation in China,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on health data supervision that are suitable for the long-term development of China,so as to find a balance between the use of health data by researchers and the protection of personal interests.
