| Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics,chemical composition and CT value of urinary stones in the north of Wuxi.To discusses the main factors influencing the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:105 cases of urinary stone patients were collected and analyzed during the period of from June 2017 to December 2017,CT values of stone were tested pre-operation,and analyze the composition of stones by infrared spectroscopic analysis after holmium laser lithotripsy.By means of SPSS software,X2 test and t test were conducted.Results:The majority of urinary calculus patients were male,and the sex ratio between male and female was 2.89:1.The onset age of male patients was unimodal,and the most vulnerable age was 31-40 years old.The age distribution of female patients was bimodal,appearing at 31-40 years old and>60 years old.Kidney is the predilection site of stone,accounting for 31.4%of the total cases.7 different composition stones were detected,the three components with the highest detection rate are calcium oxalate monohydrate,carbonate apatite,calcium oxalate dihydrate.The average CT value of stones is 1164.33 ±348.35 HU,there was no statistical difference of CT value between different components of stone,and the CT values of stone had no significant influence in primary clearance rate and operation time of holmium laser lithotripsy.However,there was a significant correlation between the size of stone and the time of operation.The primary clearance rate of stone size<1.5cm reached 96.77%,significantly higher than that of stone size?1.5cm.Conclusion:Men aged 31 to 40 and women aged 31 to 40 and over 60 are at high risk of urinary calculus in the north of Wuxi.The main constituent of stones is calcium oxalate and calcium carbonate apatite.The CT value of calculi had no significant effect on holmium laser surgery,while the size of calculi significantly affected the primary clearance rate and operation time. |
