Research backgroundChronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is common and difficult disease of the digestive system.As a precancerous disease,it is attracting more and more attention.The treatment of modern medicine of the disease is to eradicate Helicobacter pylori and symptomatic treatment,and there is no specific treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a mature understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of CAG.which combined with modern medical knowledge and inspection means,good clinical results have been obtained.CAG is called "Wei Pi" in TCM.The name of "Wei Pi" suggests that the stomach epigastric bloated is the main symptom,the basic pathogenesis is "qi stagnation in zhongjiao".and the]esion location is in the stomach.From pre-Qin to Ming and Qing dynasties,the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine had a full exposition of "Pi",and after a long period of clinical and thinking.the medical experts of the past dynasties systematically summed up the theoretical understanding and practical experience about the related disease names,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of "Pi",which has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of "WeiPi".Professor Zhou Bin has been engaged in the research on the prevention and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CAG and gastroscopy for a long time,and he has a unique insight into the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of CAG on the basis of inheriting the academic thoughts of ancient experts about "Pi",and has remarkable effect in relieving clinical symptoms,improving or even reversing gastric mucosal lesions.Research purposeThis study intends to sort out the ancient literature on the "Pi" and on this basis.summarize Professor Zhou Bin's experience in the treatment of CAG,in order to trace the academic theory of the "Pi",and inherit the tutor's experience in the treatment of CAG,and provide ideas for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat CAG.Research contentThis study includes three parts:literature review,ancient literature collation,and tutor's experience summary.The first part is a retrospective summary of CAG modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research overview.The general situation of CAG modern medicine includes epidemiology,etiology,pathology,clinical manifestation,auxiliary examination,and treatment.The general situation of TCM research includes the contents of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment.The second part is to search,organize and summarize the ancient literature of the "Pi",to summarize the relevant disease names,etiology and pathogenesis and treatment according to the order of dynasties,focusing on some of the representative and innovative views of the experts,and sort out of the academic development law of the "Pi".The third part is to organize and summarize the tutor's experience in treating CAG with traditional Chinese medicine,which mainly includes the etiology and pathogenesis,the treatment method and the medication.Research methodsZhongHuaYiDian(5th edition)"Pi" as the key word was used to search the original literature database,classify and sort out the literature,and summarize the disease names,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of "Pi" according to the order of dynasties.On the basis of previous literature and combined with consultation and communication with my tutor,I have studied and analyzed the tutor's academic perspective on etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of CAG,and summarized the tutor's experience in treating CAG.Result6,475 articles on the ancient literature of the "Pi" were retrieved.I focused on the discussion of the "Pi" in 20 medical books,such as Huang Di Nei Jing,Shang Han Lun Jin Gui Yao Lue.1 Discussion on "Pi" in ancient literature1.1 Related diseases:"Pi","PiGe","PiMan","Pi","XinXiaPi","PiQi","XiongPi".1.2 Etiology,pathogenesis and treatmentPre-qin and Han dynasties period:HuangDiNeiJing emphasized the importance of the cold and dampness in etiology and pathogenesis;ShangHanLun put forward the name of the disease "XinXiaPi",and recorded the disease was caused by improper purgative method,or there were fire or phlegm and other factors blocking the disease,emphasizing syndrome differentiation for treatment.Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties period:ZhuBingYuanHouLun recorded the basic pathogenesis was "obstruction of blood and qi",and the treatment was to DaoYin;ZhouHouBeiJiFang;and QianJinFang recorded several prescriptions.Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties period:TaiPingHuiMinHeJiJuFang recorded some famous prescriptions;SanYinJiYiBingZhengFangLun recorded some practical prescriptions:Liu Wansu thought that the etiology and pathogenesis was " obstruction",and the method of invigorating spleen,warming and dampening was widely used in the treatment;Zhang Congzheng thought that the etiology and pathogenesis were cold pathogenic factors,dampness pathogenic factors,or injuries caused by alcohol and food,and qi stagnation and food accumulation,and he advocated to eliminate pathogens;Li Gao thought the pathogenesis was the asthenia of spleen and stomach caused by improper diet,cold temperature discomfort,excessive labor or emotional injury,and the treatment mainly included strengthening spleen,regulating qi and eliminating accumulation.Zhu Zhenheng thought the pathogenesis were Yin Yang hided and QiXue stasis,and he treated "Pi" by clearing damp,and he emphasized the treatment variation according to body constitution.Ming and qing dynasties period:YuJiWeiYi emphasized that "ShangHanPi and ZaBingPi are blood syndrome";JingYueOuanShu divided the "Pi" into the deficiency and cold,the dietary injury,the stagnation and the external pathogen,and the treatment methods were warming and nourishing,digestion,regulating qi,clearing damp,relieving cold,soothing liver and strengthening spleen.LinZhengZhiNanYiAn mainly summarized from three aspects:lung qi is not falling,phlegm obstruction,heat depression,qi stagnation in ZhongJiao,or spleen Yang deficiency,and emphasized the importence of droping qi of lung and stomach,and supplement stomach yin,and Ye Gui put forward "A long illness into collaterals".LeiZhengZhiCai recorded the difference of ShangHanPi and ZaBingPi.The
