Along with the progress of the medicine,the treatment of coronary heart disease is increasing,but the cornerstone of the treatment of coronary heart disease is still standard and effective drug treatment,although the treatment of coronary heart disease has a variety of drugs,but for coronary heart disease(especially between Chinese traditional medicine western medicine)between drug interactions and adverse reactions of research there are still many problems and limitations.It is of great significance to standardize and guide clinical medication to analyze the rules of combined use of Chinese and western medicine in coronary heart disease by means of modern science and technology.Part 1 Meta analysis of the effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on prognosis of coronary heart disease in stable phase of coronary heart diseaseObjective To evaluate the effect of medication on prognosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)in stable period.Methods We performed an electronic literature search of medical databases for relevant articles published up to March 2019.Mesh terms and free text terms were used for each database with relevant key words,"randomized controlled trials" and"coronary heart diseases," and "stable phase or stable period" and "traditional Chinesemedicine".The meta-analysis were performed by Revman5.3 software.Results 20 studies and 1766 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The analysis results indicicated that the treatment group exhibited superior effectiveness in relieving angina and improving electrocardiogram(P<0.00001,P<0.00001),and the incidence of cardiovascular events was lower than that in the control group[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.15,0.69)],P<0.004.There was a significant differences in the reduction of TC,TG andLDL-C compared with the treatment group(P=0.001,P<0.00001,P<0.00001).In terms of inflammatory factors,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.00001,P=0.03,P=0.03).No adverse reactions were reported.Conclusion The systematic review suggest that combined use of Chinese and western medicine had beneficial effects for the treatment of SCAD although there were some methodological limitation of included studies compared with conventional western medicine for coronary heart disease.Part 2 Analysis of interaction between Chinese medicine and Western medicine in stable period of coronary heart disease by MDR combined with Logistic regressionObjective To identify the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with interaction in stable period of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The study included 2417 cases involving 175 Chinese and Western medicines.MDR and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the rules of combined use of Chinese and Western medicine in stable period of coronary heart disease.Results Combined use of Chinese and Western medicine in stable period of coronary heart disease:In western medicine,aspirin enteric-coated tablets and clopidogrel have strong interaction.Meanwhile,nitrates interact with lipid-modulating drugs.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has interaction with lipid-modulating drugs and HuoXueHuaYu herbs.In addition,YiQiHuoXue herbss has interaction with anti-platelet drugs.
