ObjectiveBy comparing the relationship between 92 patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection, and comparing the HP infections of different lesions and severity.Further clarify the relationship between IBD and HP,which will lead to new thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IBD and the necessity of HP eradication therapy.MethodsThrough the collection of the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,and through the completion of electronic gastrointestinal microscopy and pathological biopsy of the diseased tissue,IBD was finally diagnosed, and after exclusion criteria, the case group was included.92 cases, including 29 patients with Crohn's disease(CD),63 patients with ulcerative colitis(UC);with the same period of physical examination in our hospital, and no obvious organic gastrointestinal mirror 100 healthy people with sexually transmitted diseases were used as the control group;the infection of HP was detected by 14 C urea breath test in both groups, and the general data and HP positive rate of IBD group and control group were compared;further comparison of UC patients and CD The HP positive rate of different lesions and different severity levels among patients in each group. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results1.Comparison of general data: Among the 100 control groups, there were 52 males and 48 females;92 patients in the IBD case group, including 53 males and 39 females;the average age of the control group was 49.24±13.77 years old.The mean age of patients in the IBD group was 44.96±17.01 years old. There was no significant difference in gender, age, smoking history and drinking history between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of HP positive rate between groups: The positive rate of HP in the IBD group was 34.8%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in HP positive rates between different lesions and different severity of UC patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The different diagnostic ages, lesions, disease behaviors and CD patients were compared. The severity of HP positive rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThere may be a negative correlation between IBD patients and HP infection, but HP infection is not significantly different between different lesions and severity of IBD patients.
