Objective: To detect the relative expression levels of NF-?B and CUEDC2 in human gastric adenocarcinoma and volunteer gastric tissues,to analyze the relationship between the expression of NF-?B and CUEDC2 and the clinical pathological parameters,to find the factors of diagnosis and targeted treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:(1)28 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma who were proved gastric adenocarcinoma by disease detection and underwent surgical treatment without radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment before surgery were collected.Specimens were obtained separately for preservation.(2)NF-?B and CUEDC2 were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP)method.The expression of gastric cancer and volunteers gastric mucosal tissues,and the relationship between the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer and their expression were analyzed.Results:(1)The positive rates of NF-?B in gastric adenocarcinoma group and control group were 75.00%(21/28)and 28.57%(8/28),respectively.There was significant difference(P=0.001).The high and low expression levels of NF-?B were 64.29%(18/28),35.71%(10/28),7.14%(2/28)and 92.86%(26/28),respectively,in the gastric adenocarcinoma group and the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).The expression of NF-?B in gastric adenocarcinoma was related to lymph node metastasis(P=0.005),differentiation level(P=0.003),TNM stage(P=0.046)and tumor size(P=0.020).Between the gender and age of the patient,No statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)The positive rates of CUEDC2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and control group were 64.29%(18/28)and 21.43%(6/28),respectively,with statistical difference(P=0.001).The high and low expressions of CUEDC2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and the control group were 50.00%(14/28),50.00%(14/28),7.14%(2/28),and 92.86%(26/28),respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The expression of CUEDC2 in tumor tissues was related to the degree of differentiation(P=0.018),lymph node metastasis(P=0.006),tumor size(P=0.018)and TNM stage(P=0.007).There was no significant difference in gender or age(P>0.05).(3)There was a positive correlation between NF-?B and CUEDC2 expression in gastric adenocarcinoma(r=0.542,P=0.003).Conclusions:(1)Both NF-?B and CUEDC2 are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,there is a positive correlation between NF-?B and CUEDC2 in gastric adenocarcinoma.(2)The expressions of NF-kB and CUEDC2 are related to the differentiation,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and tumor size.
