The frequency of radiological diagnostic devices at six cities in hunan province,and the distribution of radiological diagnostics and radiological diagnostic tests in hunan province,to estimate the frequency of the general radiological diagnosis and the screening of computed tomography of the university,and to be able to incorporate six major examination of the location of the patient's dose,To provide data support for establishing the diagnostic reference(guidance)level of DR examination in this area and to control the radiation dose of the subjects.Frequency survey stratified sampling.State of 14 cities in hunan province can be divided into economic development degree is high,medium and low three area,namely the developed areas of changsha(a city,state),middle developed areas(ten cities),undeveloped west region(three cities),extraction of changsha,four medium developed areas city,one state xiangxi area,for stratified sampling,the X-ray diagnosis to 6 all hospitals in the city frequency census,at the same time in accordance with the unified national plan,select 25 hospital survey subjects such as sex,age,type of inspection,inspection area distribution information,and analyze the results.The information source was first obtained through the radiological information management system(RIS)in the sample hospital,and then copied from the manual records.The dose survey was randomly sampled,and 18 DR samples were selected as the research objects in the province.967 subjects were selected as the investigation samples,and the dose levels of the subjects were collected from 6 different directions of the main examination sites.Based on the results of this survey,the diagnostic frequency of common radiation in hunan province reached 304 person-thousand population in 2016,and the CT scan frequency reached 140 person-thousand population.Before and after lumbar exposure(AP)caused by client doses of the typical value of 3.9 mSv,lumbar lateral exposure(LAT)caused by client doses of the typical value of 5.7 mSv,pelvic and exposure(AP)caused by client doses of the typical value of 2.5 mSv,before and after hip joint exposure(AP)caused by client doses of the typical value of 3.8 mSv,chest first exposure(PA)caused by client doses of the typical value of 0.3 mSv,chest side exposure(LAT)caused by the client doses of typical values 0.7 mSv,thoracic before and after exposure(AP)The typical values of the dose caused by the subjects were 1.3msv,3.0msv for the subjects caused by thoracic lateral radiography(LAT),0.7msv for the subjects caused by posterior anterior cephalic radiography(PA)and 0.7msv for the subjects exposed to cephalic lateral radiography(LAT).Compared with the results of the body surface dose survey of X-ray diagnostic subjects in hunan province during the ninth five-year plan period,the dose caused by DR was significantly lower than that of the same type of examination.At the same weight and tube voltage of the subjects,the average dose of DR without AEC function was higher than that of DR with AEC function in patients with chest PA and chest LAT photography.Compared with the results of the radiological diagnosis frequency and dose survey during the ninth five-year plan period,the frequency of radiological diagnosis in hunan province has changed a lot,especially the CT scanning frequency level develops rapidly,and the dose of subjects caused by the same type of DR examination site has decreased somewhat.
