Objective:Radiological diagnosis is effective in the diagnosis of premature pulmonary disease. Methods:In order to quantitatively study the relationship between the diagnosis of premature pulmonary and disease diagnosis rate of misdiagnosis of lung diseases, this paper collected the records of pediatric pulmonary radiologists' diagnosis history and clinical condition from August 1 Children's Hospital Affiliated to Army General Hospital,The medical records data of newborns diagnosed in the hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were collected, including the history of sick children, clinical signs, gestational age, body weight, number of diagnostic radiographs, radiation diagnostic exposure area, and clinical diagnosis Match the situation and so on.In order to avoid the impact of neonatal congenital conditions, the selection of experimental medical records,so that the number of samples of different gestational age patients as close as possible to eliminate the impact of fetal imbalance.Neonatal weight as close as possible to avoid additional weight errors,to ensure that the results of a certain degree of universality and accuracy.First of all,the newborns with similar weight were divided into five gestational age groups, which were respectively less than 28 weeks,28-30 weeks,31-33 weeks,34-35+6 weeks and more than 36-36+6 weeks,Of the total number of samples were about 160 people, the total number of selected children was 842 cases, gestational age division and gestational age of the sample size less than 28 weeks for the 155 cases,28 weeks to 30 weeks for the 170 cases,31 to 168 between the 33 weeks,162 between 34 and 35+6 weeks, and 187 more than 36-36+6 weeks. The study used correlation analysis method to quantitatively analyze the influence of parameters of radiation diagnosis, radiation exposure area on false negatives, false positives and misdiagnosis rates.Result:1.The higher the gestational age,the lower the rate of misdiagnosis, the lower the false positive rate, the lower the false negative rate first and then the slight increase. The smaller the gestational age,the lower the credibility of the diagnosis, the higher the rate of misdiagnosis, with the increase of gestational age,the impact of relatively lower factors.2.With the increase in the number of patients receiving radioactive diagnostic samples, the number of samples decreased, the misdiagnosis rate remained at about 34%,when the number of diagnostic radiations was 6,but the misdiagnosis rate was the largest, indicating that the increase in the number of radiological tests, not reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.3.Correlation coefficient between the frequency of radiation and the rate of misdiagnosis was calculated according to the sample data of children with all gestational age, and.it was considered that the frequency of radiation was low correlated with the rate of misdiagnosis.4.Statistics each child multiple total exposure area, and the interval division, calculate the corresponding misdiagnosis rate in different intervals and found that the total number of times the total exposed area, the smaller the number of samples, the misdiagnosis rate remained relatively stable level, indicating The total exposure area had no significant effect on the misdiagnosis rate.By calculating the correlation coefficient between the average exposed area and the corresponding misdiagnosis rate,it is concluded that the average exposed area has a certain correlation with the rate of misdiagnosis. The misdiagnosis rate decreased slightly with the increase of the average exposure area, but continued to increase the exposure area without any significant decrease in misdiagnosis rate. Conclusion:For the diagnosis of premature pulmonary disease, increasing the number of radiological examinations and increasing the area of radiation exposure did not improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis. At the same time as radiation for the development of premature potentially harmful, new inspection methods, such as pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of lung disease reflects its superiority.
