Objective: In order to provide data support for the health management and guidance of this group.,We can study of the status of hyperuricemia in public officials in Hengyang area, and the specific relationship with the accompanying indicators.Methods:(1)In this study, public officials who had undergone physical examination at our medical examination center from August to November 2018 were selected as subjects.Strictly follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria and screen out 977 samples that met the requirements.(2)Questionnaire survey of basic data by professional investigators, statistics on the following indicators: gender,BP,Ht,Wt,BMI,Age,thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH),blood lipids(TG,TC,HDL,LDL),Hcy,NEUT,LY,NLR,UA,FBG,TBil.(3)According to the age group, the group spacing is 10;according to the uric acid level, the upper uric acid group is divided into the high uric acid group, the uric acid is divided into the non-high uric acid group in the normal range and below, and the sample size is estimated by the PASS software;SPSS 20.0 statistical software was performed by chi-square test,z-test,rank sum test, pearson analysis, logistic regression analysis, and correlation between related concomitant indicators and hyperuricemia(p<0.05,statistically significant).(4)Multivariate logistic regression results showed that males(OR=2.73,95% CI: 1.77-4.22,P=0.000)were risk factors for hyperuricemia and BMI was too high(OR=1.21,95% CI: 1.15-1.27,P=0.000),high TC(OR=1.13,95% CI: 1.04-1.24,P=0.004)and SBP(OR=1.02,95% CI: 1.01-1.03,P=0.003)are high uric acid Suspected risk factors for hypertension;HDL(OR=0.77,95% CI: 0.67-0.89,P=0.000)is a protective factor for hyperuricemia.Results:(1)The overall detection rate of hyperuricemia in this sample was 29.4%,including 36.7% for males and 11.1% for females;the detection rate of hyperuricemia in males increased during the period of 20-39 years,39 years old Later,it began to decline gradually;the female detection rate peaked between the ages of 20-29 and 40-49,and then gradually decreased;the detection rate of male hyperuricemia was higher in all age groups.female.(2)The blood pressure,BMI,LDL,TC,TG,Hcy and TBil in the HUA group were higher than those in the non-HUA group, but the mean value of the HUA group in the HDL group was lower than that in the non-HUA group(p<0.05).The HUA group of Age,TSH,FT3,FT4,NLR,and FBG was compared with the non-HUA group(p>0.05),and there was no statistical difference.(3)Correlation analysis showed that HDL was negatively correlated with blood uric acid level(t=-0.750,P<0.05),FT3,FT4,total bilirubin, body mass index,BP,low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, total Cholesterol, homocysteine,Neut and lymphocytes were positively correlated with serum uric acid level(P<0.05),and HDL and BMI were highly correlated in the accompanying indicators. There was no significant correlation between age,FBG,NLR and TSH and serum uric acid level(P>0.05).(4)Multivariate logistic regression results showed that males(OR=2.73,95% CI: 1.77-4.22,P=0.000)were risk factors for hyperuricemia and BMI was too high(OR=1.21,95% CI: 1.15-1.27,P=0.000),high TC(OR=1.13,95% CI: 1.04-1.24,P=0.004)and SBP(OR=1.02,95% CI: 1.01-1.03,P=0.003)are high uric acid Suspected risk factors for hypertension;HDL(OR=0.77,95%CI:0.67-0.89,P=0.000)is a protective factor for hyperuricemia.Conclusions:(1)The detection rate of male hyperuricemia among public officials in Hengyang area is higher than that of female;(2)Male,blood pressure,BMI,blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL,HDL),Hcy,Tbil,LY and HUA among public officials in Hengyang area, among which men are risk factors for HUA,BMI is too high, high TC and SBP The level of suspicious risk factors for HUA,HDL is a protective factor for hyperuricemia;while TSH,FPG,NLR,age,FT3,FT4,etc.have no significant correlation with HUA.
