Analyses Of Efficacy After The Children With Bronchial Foreign Body Of Plant Treated By Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

Objective: To investigate the application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of children with bronchial foreign body of plant.Methods: Through retrospective the study of 106 children with bronchial foreign body of plant treated to Chenzhou Children' s Hospital,Chenzhou Hospital affiliated to the University of South China,from July,2016 to June,2018,they were divided into the control group of 61 cases and the observation group of 45 cases according to different clinical treatments.The control group was treated with the removal under the rigid bronchoscope,and the observation group was treated with bronchial lavage combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope.The foreign body removal,the time of disappearance of the main clinical symptoms and signs,the efficacy,the time of operative,the stay of hospitalization and the costs of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The rate of success of observation group was higher than those of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The time of disappearance of cough and lung rales of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(3)The overall response rate of observation group was higher than those of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the effective rate of observation group was higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The mean operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than the control group,the mean hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and all above the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions: The clinical efficacy of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of children with bronchial foreign body of plant is significant,which can shorten the operation time,hospitalization time,and reduce hospitalization costs,also can resolve clinical symptoms and signs earlier.
