With the deepening of the urbanization process,large-scale labor mobility will continue for a long time, and the proportion of urban migrant workers will continue to rise.Due to low income level, high labor intensity, poor food hygiene, etc.,migrant workers are unreasonable in dietary structure, imbalanced nutrient intake, and heavy physical labor, which can lead to anemia, rickets, nutrient deficiencies,etc.Nutrition-related diseases, dietary nutrition and physical activity are closely related to related chronic diseases.Malnutrition directly or indirectly affects the production level of the labor force, and the labor level is closely related to the nutritional status at different stages of the growth process.Insufficient longterm nutritional intake and imbalanced nutritional structure, the direct consequence is the rapid growth of chronic diseases related to nutrition, and it is urgent to improve their nutritional intake.Because migrant workers face higher uncertainty in income and expenditure in the process of integrating into urban life, they often choose to reduce current consumption behavior in order to resist the impact of these uncertainties on daily life. This paper uses the 2014 China Agricultural University and Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University to jointly study the data “employment and food demand of migrant workers in urban areas”.Firstly, through the overall analysis and cross-analysis,we can understand the status of nutrition intake of migrant workers and measure the income and expenditure of migrant workers.Uncertainty.On this basis,by constructing the least squares method and the quantile regression measurement model, the impact of the uncertainty of income and expenditure on the nutritional intake of migrant workers is empirically analyzed. The regression results show that:(1)The decrease of income uncertainty will play an important role in promoting the energy, fat and protein intake of migrant workers, and has no significant effect on carbohydrate intake.Quantiles further examine the different degrees of impact of income and expenditure uncertainty on nutrient intake, compare the nutritional intake of migrant workers in different sub-sectors,and reduce the uncertainty of income for farmers with lower nutrient and protein nutrient intake. The growth of nutrient intake by workers has an important role in promoting.(2)The reduction of the uncertainty of expenditure will also have an important positive effect on the growth of energy, carbohydrates and protein of migrant workers.Quantile regression further verified the regression results of the least squares method and found that the uncertainty of expenditure on energy and carbohydrate intake was relatively high compared to the intake of other nutrients. Finally, based on the above analysis results, this paper proposes the following three suggestions. The government can reduce the uncertainty of income and expenditure by improving the social insurance coverage rate, income level of migrant workers and strengthening the dietary guidance for migrant workers.
