purposeIn this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Sishenzhen combined with stomach three needles in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach disharmony syndrome, and compared the therapeutic effect of Sishenzhen combined with stomach three needles and western medicine on functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach disharmony type,To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of Sishenzhen combined with three needles in the treatment of this disease.MethodsSixty patients were from the Acupuncture and Moxibustion department?Spleen-stomach outpatient department of Guangdong second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,Acupuncture group was treated with Sishenzhen combined with stomach three needles, and control group was given oral mosapride dispersible tablets for Treatment.Acupuncture group:Acupoints selection:Sishenzhen, stomach three needles[Neiguan(bilateral),Zhongwan,Zusanli(bilateral)],flattening reinforcing-reducing,leaving the needles for 30 minutes, once one day.Control group:mosapride dispersible tablets,5mg each time, three times one day, oral.Acupuncture group was treated continuously for 5 days a week, rest for 2 days,Control group was treated continuously for 7 days a week,Both groups, and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Beforeand after treatment, the TCM syndrome grading score table for functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach disharmony type was used to evaluate thepatient' s TCM syndrome scores, overall clinical efficacy, andthe quality of life before and after treatment was measured with functional dyspepsiaquality of life scale(FDDQL),and then we analyzed thetest results.results1.According to the statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in the general baseline data(sex, age, course and degree of disease)between the two groups(P>0.05,P<0.05,P>0.05),all of which were comparable.2.TCM syndrome points:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the total points of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05),no statistical significance. After treatment, the total points of TCM syndrome of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, which was statistically significance(P<0.05,P<0.05).Analysing the difference between treatment group and control group before and after treatment, there was significant difference on the total score, with statistical significance(P<0.05),It showed that the effect of the acupuncture group was obviously better than the drug group to improve the symptoms.3.Overall clinical efficacy:In the treatment group,8 cases were cured(26.7%),12 cases were markedly effective(40.0%),8 cases were improved(26.7%),2 cases were ineffective(6.67%),the total effective rate was 93.4%in the treatment group, and 2 cases were cured in the control group(6.6%),8 Cases(26.7%)were markedly effective,14 cases(46.7%)improved,6 cases(19.9%)were ineffective, and the total clinical effective rate was 80.1%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy index of the two groups was statistically significant.4.FDDQL score comparisonBefore treatment, the difference between the two groups of the eight enties was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the FDDQL score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, which was statistically significance(P<0.05,P<0.05).Analysing the difference between treatment group and control group before and after treatment, there was significant difference on the total score, with statistical significance(P<0.05)?6.Safety and adverse reactionsNo adverse events occurred during the treatment of the acupuncture group and the drug group, and no patients were interrupted or with drawn from treatment. The security level is 1.ConclusionSishenzhen combined with three needles could significantly reduce The TCM syndrome scores, and improved the quality of life of patients of functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach disharmony syndrome. The overall clinical efficacy was better than mosapride dispersible tablets. In view of the high effectiveness and safety of Sishenzhen combined with gastric three needles,it was worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
