Study On Influencing Factors Of Negotiation Of Medical Insurance Drug Price In China

ObjectiveThis paper analyzed the current negotiation mode of medical insurance drugs in China,analyzed the current situation of medical insurance drug price negotiation in China,discussed the influence of the negotiation on the price and sales of drugs before and after the negotiation,put forward the influencing factors of medical insurance drug price negotiation and improved the negotiation mechanism.MethodsThrough literature research,descriptive statistics,SWOT model,SPSS analysis and other methods,this paper analyzed the status quo,internal and external strengths and weaknesses of China' s medical insurance drug negotiations,and summarized the factors affecting the medical insurance drug negotiations.ResultsThe internal and external environmental factors of drug negotiation in China include external opportunities greater than threats,internal advantages greater than disadvantages.Opportunities are mainly supported by relevant policies of our country,in line with the trend of medical reform,and the national implementation of the policy of serious illness insurance guarantees the source of funds.The most important threat factor is the lack of laws and regulations matching with the negotiations on medical insurance drugs;the main advantage factor is the wide coverage of medical insurance in China.The operation of the fund is stable;the main disadvantage factors are the shortcomings and deficiencies of the medical insurance drug negotiation mechanism.ConclusionImproving the relevant laws and regulations of medical insurance drug negotiation,draw lessons from the practice of foreign and local medical insurance drug negotiation,speed up the improvement of medical insurance drug negotiation mechanism,take advantage of the advantages and opportunities of the wide coverage of medical insurance in China,the stable source and operation of funds,and bring high-price drugs such as exact clinical efficacy,high prices and innovative drugs into medical insurance drug negotiation.While satisfying clinical drug use,the price of medical insurance drugs and the risk of operation of medical insurance funds should be reduced.
