Explore The Ancient Literature Of Chronic Aphonia With Blood Stasis And Phlegm Stagnation And Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Gold Throat Tablets

ObjectiveThrough combing and summarizing the relevant articles on the chronic aphonia in the Chinese Medical Dictionary,the ancient treatment methods of chronic aphonia with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation were sorted out.Golden Throat tablets are Chinese medicine preparations for the treatment of chronic aphonia with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation maded by Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province.And by mesns of observing the clinical efficacy of Golden Throat tablets,more theoretical basis and clinical basis for the clinical application of Golden Throat tablets were provided.MethodsFirst,collect all the ancient disease names that correspond to the modern disease name "chronic aphonia" on the all teaching materials currently on the market,and put all these ancient disease names into the personalized medical health service platform "Big Data Intelligent Processing and Knowledge Explicit System".The platform searched all relevant sentences among the 1000 ancient books in the Chinese Medical Dictionary and according to the pathogenesis,all the searched sentences were classified.And this study focus on the blood stasis type to analysis.The second is the clinical observation of the Golden Throat tablets:212 patients who met the inclusion criteria were planed randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group took Gold Throat tablets,and the control group took Jingsangsanjie capsules.Each group was treated for 4 weeks.The patients were followed up before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 3 months after treatment.The symptoms and signs were recorded truthfully.And some of the patients completed computer voice detection before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Aspect of statistically,single factor repeated measures analysis of variance were used at each time point in the group.Multivariate analysis of variance were used for comparison between two groups at each time point.And paired sample T test were used for comparison within the group,and independent sample T test were used for comparison between two groups.Results1.The slow throat section of the throat knowledge base was established.The The conclusion is chronic aphonia with asthenia impairment or fire excess from yin deficiency were more thanchronic aphonia with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation.Only four formulas were mentioned,including Erchen Tang?Daotan Tang?Didang pills?Siqi Tang,but compared with modern epresentative formula Huiyan Zhuyu Tang,it seems to provide certain supplements and references for treating methods of chronic aphonia with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation.2.Excluding the shedding and rejection cases,the final 179 samples were analyzed and the results indicated that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender,degree of disease composition,age,total score of TCM syndrome before treatment,total score of pre-treatment symptoms,total score of pre-treatment signs,and analysis of pre-treatment voice(P>0.05);Comparison within the group:Golden Throat tablets and Jinsangsanjie capsules improved the blood stasis,laryngoscopy score and symptom scores during the second week,the fourth week(and)the third month of follow-up.Statistical significance(P<0.05);Comparison between groups:After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of blood stasis syndrome,symptoms and laryngoscopy scores between Jinsangsanjie capsules and Golden Throat tablets(P<0.05).But there were statistical differences after 4 weeks(P>0.05),and the effect of Golden Throat tablets was better.There was no significant difference between the voice analysis and treatment(P<0.05);The total effective rate of Golden Throat tablets was 83.2%,and the total effective rate of Jinsangsanjie capsules was 71.8%.ConclusionIn ancient times,there were fewer records of chronic aphonia with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation.It may be due to changes in the patient's constitution or with medical experience or modern technology,blood stasis and phlegm stagnation has become the mainstream pathogenesis nowadays.Gold Throat tablets are superior to Jinsangsanjie capsules in the treatment of chronic aphonia with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation.
