Electric Acupuncture LI4,ST2 In Healthy Volunteers The Study Of Interaction Between Cortex Hand Side Area

Objective:Local and remote selected point is the basic choice of acupuncture and moxibustion acupuncture point principle,the acupuncture has an important guiding significance to the clinical treatment,this study by observing LI4,ST2 in healthy volunteers in the excitability of motor cortex hand,surface area between effect,for clinical provides the basis of the selected point acupuncture face mouth disease.Methods:Fall off into the standard of healthy volunteers 22 cases,including 10 male,age:19 to 32 years old,average 24.5 years.Each of the participants were randomized to receive three interventions(including acusector LI4,ST2 and sham acupuncture),including 30 min,the frequency of 2 Hz,adopt continuous wave,the intensity of the subjects' pain tolerance shall prevail;Before and after the curative by transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)to detect the first dorsal interosseous muscle(FDI),the orbicularis oculi muscle(00)of motor evoked potentials(MEPs)and cortex effectively stimulate parts;Each end of the intervention,the subjects rest two weeks,as a washout period.Results:1.Each group subjects were the foundation of the state,the subjects of hand side MEPs,cortex effective stimulus part number no statistical significance,comparable.2.Each group will hand side area before and after the comparison of excitatory changes(MEPs amplitude)(1)the comparison groupa.EA LI4 group,a significant rise in hand area MEPs(9461.38±6177.47 vs.13998.83±11348.51,P<0.05),a significant reduction in the surface area MEPs(4088.86±2097.61 vs 3110.01±1491.66,P<0.05);b.EA ST2 group,a significant reduction in the hand area MEPs(4032.06± 1405.41 vs 4809.84±1733.22,P<0.05),significantly increased surface area MEPs(9913.65±5221.05 vs 7638.08±4703.99),P<0.05),c.the sham acupuncture group,the hand area,surface area,MEPs have no obvious change.(2)the comparison between groupsElectric acupuncture hand area,surface area,MEPs difference before and after checked by ShaPiro-Wilk,do not obey normal distribution.The Kruskal-Walls,with significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05;P<0.05).Compared between two groups,cupping LI4 acupuncture point group hand area,surface area,MEPs compared with sham acupuncture group,there was a difference,(-3215.20(-5572.12-740.74)vs-74.49(-2651.17-622.46),P<0.05),(1115.10(109.01-1758.46)vs 20.96(692.87-312.75),P<0.05);Cupping 4 white hole group hand area,surface area,MEPs compared with sham acupuncture group,there was a significant difference,1589.40(886.63-2549.19)vs-74.49(-2651.17-622.46),P<0.05)?(-991.66(-1635.12-491.46)vs(-692.87-312.75),P<0.05).2.Each group will hand side area area before and after the change:(1)the comparison groupa.EA LI4 hole group,the hand area area increases(14.90±3.47)vs(17.10±4.30,P<0.05),surface area has no obvious change;Four white hole;b.the curative group and surface area area increases(18.85±3.57 vs.23.20±5.97,P<0.05),the hand area has no obvious change;c.sham acupuncture group,the hand area,surface area effective stimulus quantity has no obvious change.(2)the comparison between groupsElectric acupuncture hand area,face area difference before and after the ShaPiro-Wilk inspection,do not obey the normal distribution,the Kruskal-Walls,there was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05;P<0.05).Compared between two groups,cupping li4 acupuncture point group compared with sham acupuncture group,hand area there was a significant difference(-2.50(-5.75-1.00)vs(-1.75-2.00),P<0.05),surface area,no difference.Cupping 4 white hole number of parts of the effective stimulus and sham acupuncture groups,surface area there was a significant difference(-4.50(-7.00-1.25)vs 0.00(-1.00-2.5),P<0.05),no hand area differences.Conclusion:Physiological conditions,cupping LI4 hole and ST2 between the motor cortex hand side area of competitive inhibition(LI4 excited motor cortex hand area,inhibit surface area;excited motor skin level area,inhibit hand area),across the mouth disease(facial paralysis and facial spasm)of local and distal acupuncture point treatment has important clinical significance.
