Objective:In this study,by collecting clinical data,we observed the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(LF-r TMS)of Broca region of right brain in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke, explored the value of the combined treatment, and formed a standardized TCM rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment scheme for motor aphasia,so as to facilitate further clinical application.Method:44 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia who met the inclusion criteria were included in the research group.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with low-frequency rTMS,while the control group was treated with electro-acupuncture.The main acupoints of the two groups were:speech area 1,Baihui,Jinjin,Yuye,Lianquan and Tongli. Each group was treated once a day, five times a week,a total of 20 times,a total of 4 weeks. After the treatment, the scores of simplified Chinese Aphasia Examination,Activity of Daily Life Scale(ADL)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared. The differences of clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment were compared through the changes of the scores of the scale.Results:1.Before treatment,There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Before treatment, the scores of spontaneous conversation, understanding, retelling,na ming,ADL and HAMD in the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).3.After treatment,1)comparison of aphasia efficacy:the total effective rate of the trea tment group was 80.0%,and that of the control group was 68.18%.Chi-square test sho wed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Compa ring the scores of simplified Chinese Aphasia Examination:The scores of spontaneous co nversation, repetition, naming and comprehension in the treatment group were higher tha n those in the control group.2)Ability to Live Scale(ADL)comparison:After treatme nt,the two groups of patients in the daily living ability were improved, and the treatme nt group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05);3)Hamilton Depres sion Scale score(HAMD)comparison:After treatment, the two groups were improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture combined with low-frequency rTMS(LF-rTMS)of Broca region of right brain and electro-acupuncture alone can improve the ability of conversation, understanding, repetition and naming of patients with motor aphasia after stroke, and improve the ability of language communication.2.Electro-acupuncture combined with low-frequency rTMS of Broca region of right brain and electro-acupuncture alone can improve the patients’daily living ability and quality of life.3.Electro-acupuncture combined with low-frequency rTMS of Broca region of right brain and electro-acupuncture alone can reduce the score of Hamilton Depression Scale, which is of great significance to improve the depressive mood of patients. At the same time, the curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.
