ObjectiveCerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia is the basal ganglia where hemorrhage occurs in the lateral thalamus, the most common cause is abnormal blood pressure fluctuations, which leads to a sudden increase in the pressure of the Bean Artery and rupture. This study explored the clinical effect of Xingnao Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia, and its influence on hemorheology and cognitive function of patients, and provided an effective treatment for the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.Methods80 patients with cognitive dysfunction after basal cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed by clinical and CT,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method at a ratio of about 1:1.The control group was treated with Western medicine alone, and was given dehydration according to the condition, controlling blood pressure, stopping bleeding, controlling infection, maintaining water and electrolyte balance, improving cerebral circulation and other symptomatic treatment. After the hospitalization, the treatment group started taking theTongqiao Xingnao Decoction(the comatose patient was fed with a nasal feeding tube)after the meal, and was treated continuously for 2 weeks.During hospitalization, you can choose Western medicine comprehensive treatment according to the condition.Hemorheology and cognitive function assessment were performed before and after treatment in both groups, and the data were compared and the relationship between the two was determined based on the data.Results1.Before treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and ESR of the two groups were higher than the reference value, and the red blood cell aggregation index, red blood cell deformation index and HOT were lower than the reference value. There was no significant difference in blood rheology indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and ESR of the two groups decreased, the red blood cell aggregation index, red blood cell deformation index and HOT increased, and the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and ESR of the treatment group were lower than the control group, red blood cell aggregation index,The red blood cell deformation index and HOT were higher than the control group. The difference between the treatment group and the hemorheology before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the scores of MoCA scale before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of MoCA scales in all groups were increased, and the scores of MoCA scales in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 80 patients,64 had cognitive improvement, and the improvement rate was 80.00%,including 40 in the treatment group and 24 in the control group.3.The changes of whole blood viscosity, high cut,low viscosity, plasma viscosity and ESR were negatively correlated with cognitive function improvement(P<0.05).The changes of red blood cell aggregation index, red blood cell deformation index and HOT were positively correlated with cognitive function improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Xingnao Tongbi Decoction for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia can promote the recovery of blood rheology in patients.2.Xingnao Tongbi Decoction can improve cognitive function in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.3.The changes of whole blood viscosity, high cut,low cut, plasma viscosity are negatively correlated with cognitive function improvement.
