| ObjectiveNeck muscle strain is a common complication after thyroid surgery.In clinic,preoperative posture training,intraoperative posture adjustment and symptomatic treatment of Western medicine are generally used to alleviate the neck muscle strain caused by prolonged neck posture.However,the operation is complex and easy to cause anxiety.According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the role of acupuncture therapy,combined with the pathogenesis of cervical muscle strain after thyroid surgery,this experiment carried out acupuncture treatment on routine treatment to provide a simple,fast and effective treatment for cervical muscle strain after thyroid surgery.MethodsChoose The 60 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in the Department of General Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine From July 2018 to February 2019 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment(including nutritional support,correction of electrolyte disturbance,infrared irradiation of neck wounds and other symptomatic treatment)on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation.Acupuncture was added to the routine treatment in the experimental group.Method of operation:The patient took the Sitting position,and the operator needled Tianzhu,Bailao,Dazhu and Ashi points on both sides.The above operations were performed on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,with the Standard of "Deqi" of acupuncture,30 minutes each time,and once every 10 minutes during the period,once a day.VAS pain score was performed before and 1,2 and 3 days after operation,comfort score(QCG)and clinical efficacy score were performed 3 days after operation.All of the data were processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.ResultsThe data of two groups before and after operation showed that:?In terms of VAS score,the scores of two groups of patients showed a downward trend over time,and the downward trend of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Comparing the VAS scores of the two groups at different time points after operation,P>0.05 before operation,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.While on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,the P values were<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment.?In terms of comfort score(QCG)of the two groups,comparing the comfort score of the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,which showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group;it showed that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in comfort improvement.?In terms of clinical efficacy evaluation,the experimental group and the control group both had effect on the treatment of cervical muscle strain after operation.The experimental group had clinical inefficiency in 0 eases,effective in 5 cases,marked effect in 7 cases,cured in 18 cases,and the total cure rate was 83.33%.The control group had clinical inefficiency in 1 case,effective in 12 cases,marked effect in 15 cases,cured in 2 cases,the total effective cure rate was 56.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe results of this study show that the treatment of neck muscle strain after thyroid surgery by Acupuncturing Cervical Three Acupunctures has obvious effect,low cost,high safety and few adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment of cervical muscle strain after thyroid surgery. |
