Objective:This paper takes "Zhen Jiu Nei Pian" as the research object,analyzes,studies and discusses the academic contents and thoughts of the book,and provides theoretical basis for clinical research of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:In this research,Traditional Chinese Medicine literature methodology was used to search,select and collect the relevant literature of“Zhen Jiu Nei Pian".Traditional philology was used to sort and classify the collected documents.Using the method of medical history,the research on the expansion process of "needle sense","the order of the twelve meridians" and "along the skin pricks" in the academic history;Using theoretical analysis method to analyze the literature data from the perspective of acupuncture theory;Statistical methods were used to statistically analyze the acupuncture methods of 14 meridians and acupoints.Results:1.Lin wujiang,the author of“Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”,lived around the qing dynasty.As the book mentioned many times about "Ling Han Zhang" and the method of acupuncture on some acupoints in the book was the same as "Ling' s method"in the book "Yu Long Jing",so later generations believed that this book inherited Ling Yun' s academic thought;2.“Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”has a deeper understanding of needling sensation than other ancient literature.It can judge the disease from the acupuncture and moxibustion,the depth and severity of the disease and the prognosis,and whether the amount of acupuncture stimulation is enough from the acupuncture and moxibustion.3.The arrangement of the twelve meridians in "Zhen Jiu Nei Pian" is unique from other books.By analyzing and summarizing the ancient literature,the arrangement of the twelve meridians in the ancient literature can be divided into two parts The first is arranged through the traditional order of the twelve meridians.The second is the arrangement of acupoints by body parts.However,“Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”are not arranged according to the above two methods.4.In the“Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”,The most special method of acupuncture on acupoints is the penetration and along the skin acupuncture method.Through data analysis and summary,it can be concluded that the acupuncture methods along the skin and through the skin are mainly used for the superficial parts of the muscle and the important internal organs.5.The method of tonifying and purging manipulation recorded in "Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”is the same as that recorded in "Shen Ying Jing".This book records the methods of raising needles from "Zhen Jiu Da Cheng";This book records the Rhyme formulas of forbidden acupuncture and moxibustion from "Yi Jing Xiao Xue";This book records the experience of "Nei Dan" and emphasizes the relationship between exercise and acupuncture.Conclusion:1.The academic source and content of Lin Wujiang' s works on "Zhen Jiu Nei Pian" in the qing dynasty came from ShuangLin acupuncture school represented by Ling Yun,an acupuncture doctor expert in the Ming dynasty2."Zhen Jiu Nei Pian" has a more comprehensive understanding of the needling sensation and expands the ability to judge the nature of diseases based on the sense of acupuncture and moxibustion.3.The order of the twelve meridians in the "Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”is different from the traditional flow order of the twelve meridians.4.On the basis of“Zhen Jiu Nei Pian”inheriting the filiform needles,the application scope of the shallow needling methods,such as through needling,along the skin needling and across needling,is expanded.5.The methods of "Zhen Jiu Nei Pian" reinforcing and purging are the same as those in "Shen Yin Jing";The Rhyme formulas about keeping needles and prohibiting needles and moxibustion are all from other ancient documents.
