Rural doctors directly serve the people in the vast rural areas of China.As the mainstay of rural health services,they bear important responsibilities for serving the rural people's physical health and life.With the continuous advancement of new medical reforms,the continuous improvement of the national basic medical system,and the continuous deepening of basic public health services,the stability of the grassroots health service team represented by rural doctors is crucial.Therefore,attaching importance to the construction and stability of the grassroots rural doctors' talent team is the key to the development of grassroots public health services.Objective:To analyze occupational identity,occupational embeddedness and intention willingness in rural areas,and to explore the mechanism of occupational embeddedness in occupational identity and intention willingness.Methods:This study was represented by an area in Henan Province.400 rural doctors were randomly selected as the survey subjects.The questionnaire survey as method was used to investigate occupational identity,occupational embeddedness and intention willingness in rural areas.After sorting out the results of the questionnaire,the software SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the demographic variables of the rural doctors' occupational identity,occupational embeddedness and intention willingness.The relationship between the three variables was been analyzed,and the role of occupational embeddedness in the relationship between occupational identity and intention willingness was been explored.Results:The details are as follows.1.The occupational identity of rural doctors was significantly different in age,medical qualification certificate,and working years(P<0.05);the occupational embeddedness of rural doctors was significantly different in age,the qualifications,medical qualifications,and working years(P<0.05);the rural doctors'retention willingness was significantly different in age,education,medical qualifications,and working years(P<0.05).2.There was a significant correlation among occupational identity,occupational embeddedness and retention willingness in rural doctors.The relationship between occupational identity and retention willingness in rural doctors was significantly positively correlated;the relationship between occupational embeddedness and retention willingness in rural doctors was significantly positively correlated;The relationship between occupational identity and occupational embeddedness in rural doctors was significantly positively correlated.3.The occupational embedding of rural doctors was fully mediating between occupational identity and intention willingness.Conclusions:The details are as follows.1.There were demographic differences in rural doctors' occupational identity,occupational embeddedness and intention willingness;2.There was a close relationship among rural doctors' occupational identity,occupational embeddedness and intention willingness;occupational identity can positively influence intention willingness;occupational identity can positively influence occupational embeddedness;occupational embeddedness can positively influence intention willingness;3.The occupational embedding of rural doctors was fully mediating between occupational identity and intention willingness.
