Hospital Nursing Staffs' Cognition Of Psychological Counseling Based On The Theory Of Humanistic Management

Objective:This paper combined with the cultural background of our country and the actual situation of nursing staff,developped a measuring tool suitable for the awareness of psychological counseling in hospital nursing staff in China and investigated the nursing staff in Jiangsu Province,analyzed the main demographic factors affecting the cognition,and proposed strategies to improve the awareness of nursing staff on psychological counseling.Methods:Through reviewing literature and semi-structured interviews to establish the scale pool.After the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted on the scale,the internal consistency reliability of the table was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient,the structural validity was measured by confirmatory factor analysis.Using the questionnaire to investigate 540 nursing staffs from 6 general hospitals in Jiangsu Province From October to November 2017 by stratified random sampling method.The frequency and composition of the general data were used for statistical description,using t test or one-way analysis of variance to compare the measurement data.The comparison of the count data was performed by chi-square test.The factors of the cognition were analyzed by correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results :1.Reliability analysis: The internal consistency reliability of the table is measured by Cronbach's ? coefficient and the result is 0.903.The Cronbach's ? coefficients of each dimension are 0.807,0.932,0.783,0.852 and 0.764.The internal consistency of the scale is good.2.Validity analysis: After exploratory factor analysis,five factors are extracted,which are “related concepts”,“functions”,“specific consultation content”,“acceptance level” and “features”.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that all the indicators of the scale reached the critical value standard,and the scale basically met the requirements of each index.3.The total score of recognition is divided into(106.31±12.19)points,and the items are divided into(3.54±0.41)points.The items in each dimension are ranked from high to low: function(4.22±0.47),specific consultation content(3.92±0.62),acceptance(3.69±0.44),feature(3.38±0.49),related concepts(3.08±0.58),the difference in the scores of the five dimensions was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The results showed that demographic influence factors were psychological training,psychology related qualifications,and compilation,gender,length of service,professional title,position,in which the psychological training situation has the strongest predictive effect.Conclusions :1.This study used the method of combining theory with experience to compile the "Hospital Nursing Staff's Awareness Scale for Psychological Counseling".The results of project analysis and factor analysis show that the entries of the scale have a good degree of discrimination,and the scale of the scale The letter and validity are good.The scale can provide a scientific basis for evaluating hospital nurses' awareness of psychological counseling and maintaining the mental health of nursing staff.2.The awareness of psychological counseling by hospital nursing staff is at a medium level,the recognition of psychological counseling function is the highest,and the score of related concepts is the lowest.3.Psychological training,psychology related qualifications,staffing,gender,length of service,professional title,and position are the influencing factors,and psychological training has the greatest impact.
