Study Of Medical Association Referral Mode

The reform of China's medical system is accompanied by the continuous development of the economy.And the improvement of people's living standard also becomes a developing problem.The result of the reform of the medical system is a major event that affects everyone's important interests.From the point of view of social harmony and stable development,medical treatment,as the most basic guarantee,is a great embodiment of social function and a necessary index for the improvement of people's happiness index in the new period.While promoting the infrastructure construction of the medical system,governments at all levels are also looking for effective ways to deepen the reform of the medical system through various channels.Through innovative co-construction and level-by-level management,job responsibilities and social supervision at all levels of government and health care authorities have been implemented,and medical care has been pushed forward in favour of weak regions and vulnerable groups at the same time.We will firmly promote the reform of the medical system to the development of community service and information technology.The construction of medical infrastructure and the establishment and balance of the basic pattern of medical treatment are realized,which establishes the foundation for the realization of the socialized function of the follow-up medical department.China's medical care is developing towards community,specialization and informatization,and gradually meets the general expectations and requirements of the reform of the medical system.Taking Children's Hospital of Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the mode of hospital referral and the practice of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and finds out the existing problems.Compared with the related medical systems abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the construction of medical association referral mode in our country,focusing on resolving the relationship between doctors and patients,standardizing the medical behavior,and making the basic medical services more equitable and accessible,and the environment for seeking medical treatment safer and orderly.The burden of medical expenses should be maintained at a reasonable level to improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff to public hospitals.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,since the establishment of medical association referral mode of the Children's Hospital of Jiangxi Province,the resources sharing,complementary advantages,joint construction and win-win cooperation,and joint promotion of the development of children's health care in Jiangxi region have progressed smoothly,and so on.New ideas,bright spots,great strength,create a number of fresh experience,play a better role in demonstration and guidance.Through the theoretical analysis of the construction and development of the Medical Association Referral Mode of Children's Hospital of Jiangxi Province and the related literature,the main basic factors affecting and causing the difficulty of referrals to a doctor at present are obtained.This paper analyzes the inevitability of the optimization of referral mode and the innovation of management practice combined with the influencing factors of the present three-level two-way referral mode.Secondly,according to the main behavior of referral behavior in the game analysis,from the perspective of game,according to the characteristics of the game behavior between the children and their parent and the medical institution,and then come to several political suggestions.Finally,through the practice of questionnaire survey and analysis to study on the mode of referrals.
