In recent years, more and more users have obtained health information through the internet for health decision-making and health management, but users are less satisfied with the quality of network health information. There are two main problems in the quality of network health information:First, the openness of the Internet, anyone can post information on the Internet, and many false,low-quality health information is released, resulting in poor quality of network health information and serious information pollution.Second, network health information is about the user's health decisions and medical treatment.Low-quality health information may mislead users and even harm users. In April 2018,the General Office of the State Council pointed out that the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy requires the improvement of the"Internet+ Medical Health"service system. It can be seen that providing high-quality and efficient network health information and building a sound network health information service system is an urgent expectation of users and an inevitable requirement of the country to implement the Healthy China Strategy. This study takes infant and young child health information as an example to study the influencing factors of network health information quality perception from the perspective of users. And considering the uneven distribution of medical resources and the inequality of health literacy in China, there may be differences in the perception of users'quality of network health information.Three groups of infant parents with different health literacy in provincial capitals, county towns and rural areas were selected for in-depth interviews, and topic analysis method was used to extract the influencing factors of network health information quality perception. The main research contents include:(1)Comparing the differences between the factors affecting the quality of network health information of infants and young children with different medical resources and different health literacy, and analyzing the causes of the differences.(2)Identify the main influencing factors that affect the quality perception of network health information.(3)Analyze the relationship between the influencing factors.(4)Constructing the influencing factors model of network health information quality perception and verifying the validity and feasibility of the model by questionnaire survey.(5)Provide suggestions for the improvement of network health information. The main conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)The influence factors of network health information quality perception are different among the three groups of infant parents. The main factors affecting this are economic cost, objectivity, readability, interactivity and traditional habits. The main reasons are high quality network health information, uneven distribution of medical resources and unequal health literacy.(2)The main influencing factors affecting the quality perception of users' network health information are reliability, usefulness and authority, but users with low health literacy usually cannot directly perceive these influencing factors.(3)There is an interaction between user network health information quality perception. When the quality of network health information cannot be directly perceived,it will be indirectly perceived by the characteristic influencing factors related to the external form of the information content, which can be perceived without strong cognition and with strong objectivity. These characteristic influencing factors including integrity, timeliness and readability.(4)The influencing factor model constructed in this study indicates that the user's network health information quality perception is affected by the objective influence of information content, the subjective influence of information users and the adjustment of information environment.Through the questionnaire survey, the model found that usefulness, authority and security have a greater impact on the perception of user network health information quality, while the impact of aesthetics is small.(5)Proposing for the improvement of the quality of network health information, including the network health information regulator should strengthen the review and supervision of the network health information platform, the health information platform should strengthen the organization of the platform's authoritative health information content and strengthen the platform security construction, users should improve their own health literacy and understand the perceived standards of network information quality.
