Research On Primary Public Health Services In Sujiatun District

As the public medical and health service organization closest to the masses,the grass-roots public medical and health service organization is the foundation of the basic public medical and health service in China,undertakes most of the public health services and medical services,and plays an important role in safeguarding the health of the masses.Strengthening the construction of primary public medical and health services is an important part of the government’s performance of public service functions,and it is also a realistic need for the government to change its functions.Promoting the development of public health services at the grass-roots level is an important responsibility of the government and an important measure to conform to the development of the socialist market economic system,deepen the reform of the medical and health system and improve public health services in urban and rural areas.It provides an important guarantee for initially meeting the basic medical and health service needs of the masses and comprehensively improving the health level of the masses.Sujiatun District,as an important urban area in Shenyang City,has a large population and a mature medical institution,which is suitable for investigation and study of local primary public medical and health services.Based on the concept of primary public medical and health services,this paper investigates and analyzes the general situation of primary public medical and health services in Sujiatun District,the establishment of public medical and health service institutions,the structure of personnel and the service contents,finds out the existing problems in primary public medical services in Sujiatun District,analyzes the causes of the problems,and gives specific countermeasures in four aspects,namely,changing understanding,strengthening government regulation and control functions,strengthening the construction of primary medical and health service teams,and improving the construction of regional medical and health service information platform,in order to better strengthen the construction of primary public medical and health services,give full play to the actual utility of primary public medical and health service institutions,and deepen medical treatment.
