The Clinical Study On Neuralgia Of Greater Occipital By Feng Crocheted

Objective:To investigate whether the front crochet is superior to ordinary acupunctur e in the treatment of occipital neuralgia,and provide a safer and more effective method for clinical treatment.Methods:Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups a ccording to the order of treatment.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with fron t crochet acupuncture,once a week,2 weeks for 1 course;30 patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture,once a day.5 times a week,10 times for a course o f treatment,the treatment time of both groups was 2 weeks.VAS scores and ROM scores were evaluated before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1.VAS and ROM scores of two groups of patients The two groups of patients were scored according to the pain digital score table and the cer vical vertebra activity scale before and after the treatment.Compared with the two groups,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,indicatin g that both the front crochet and the acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients.Compared with the control group,the number of treatment components after o ne course of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group.It shows that t he effect of front crochet needle is better than that of needle acupuncture.2 Comparison of clinical effects between the two groups of patients In the treatment group,7 cases were effective,18 cases were effective,and 5 cases were in effective.The total effective rate was 83.3%.In the control group,4 cases were markedly e ffective,17 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70%.Differences in clinical treatment between the two groups were analyzed by rank sum test.p<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group(ordinary acupuncture).3 Comparison of pain frequency in the two groupsAccording to the intra-group comparison of the pain episode frequency record table,the pain frequency of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment;compared with the control group,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the number of episodes was reduced.Crochet therapy is due to the common acupuncture group.4 headache index comparisonAfter 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared with each other before treatment,the index decreased,indicating that both of them have a good clinical effect in improving the pain index;after 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group Group comparison p is less than 0.05,indicating that front crochet therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture in reducing headache index.Conclusion:1.Both the first crochet therapy and the common acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce the pain VAS score and ROM score of patients with occipital neuralgia,reduce the number of headaches and reduce the headache index.2.Front crochet acupuncture is more effective than ordinary acupuncture group in treating headache intensity,cervical vertebra activity,pain episodes and headache index in patients with occipital neuralgia.3.Front crochet is safe and reliable in the treatment of occipital neuralgia.
