Clinical Study On The Effect Of Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction With Diet Therapy In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of the combination of Xiangshaliujunzi decoction and dietary therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency and Qi hysteresis,and to provide new ideas and clinical evidence for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods : From December 2017 to December 2018,68 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency and Qi hysteresis were collected for outpatient treatment in the spleen and stomach disease Department of the affiliated hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the order of visits,it is numbered1 to 68,and according to the random number table method,it is divided into 2 groups of364 cases in each group.Control group to fragrant Xiangshaliujunzi decoction,treatment group in fragrant Xiangshaliujunzi decoction on the basis of spleen and Qi congee.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,during which the patient was not allowed to take other drugs.Before and after the treatment,the individual symptoms,TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients were scored and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 medical statistics software.According to the results,the clinical efficacy of the combined therapeutic treatment of functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency and Qi hysteresis was evaluated,and the safety of the patients before and after treatment was observed.Results:(1)Comparison of individual symptom scores: The differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of individual symptoms before treatment(P>0.05)After the treatment,the points were statistically significant in the symptoms of stomach cramps or swelling,stunting,and diarrhea(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the scores after the treatment of the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndromes: There was no statistically significant difference between Sands Six Gentlemen Decoction and Sands Six Gentlemen Decoction before treatment(P>0.05)After the treatment,the statistical analysis of the two groups of points was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy: The difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation group was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 91.18 % and 76.47 % respectively in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion : XiangshaLiujunzi Decoction combined with dietary therapy has a definite curative effect on functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.It is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in the treatment of epigastric dullness or bloating pain,stupor and fecal symptoms.It has the same therapeutic effect on belching and fatigue as the traditional Chinese medicine group.It is worth further promotion and exploration in the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia.
