The Observation Of Xiaozhitongluotang In The Treatment Of Stage 0 Disease Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type DF

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of xiaozhitongluotang in treating diabetic foot(grade 0)with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of grade 0 diabetic foot,76 inpatients were selected from December 2017 to September 2018 in the second Department of Endocrinology of Shanxi Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.According to the order of visits and random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group(treated with xiaozhitongluotang 400 ml of water decoction,1 dose per day,divided into two groups)and the control group(38 cases of each group were given pancreatic kallikrein tablets,2 tablets per time,3 times a day),The course of treatment was 3 months.At the end of the course of treatment,the ankle-brachial index,hemorheology,TCM curative effect score,blood glucose and liver and kidney function were measured by SPSS software.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was evaluated according to the change of numerical value.Results:(1)Bilateral ankle-brachial index: there was significant difference before and after treatment in the treatment group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group had a definite effect on improving the ankle-brachial index.There was no obvious curative effect in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Hemorheology: compared with the indexes of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),which indicated that the two groups were effective.There was suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)the curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.8%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)TCM syndrome score: the control group had significant difference in improving limb pain,skin ant feeling and tongue quality compared with that before treatment,and had obvious curative effect(P<0.05).In the treatment group,there were significant differences in the improvement of foot temperature,lower limb skin color,fuyang pulse movement,limb numbness,limb pain,limb acupuncture sensation of skin ant,chest and flank or abdominal distension,tongue quality and pulse pattern(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: the treatment group had significant difference in improving the skin color of lower limbs,limb numbness,limb acupuncture sensation,skin ant feeling,chest and flank or abdominal distension,and the curative effect was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the improvement of foot temperature,Fuyang pulse movement,limb pain,tongue quality and pulse pattern between the two groups(P < 0.05),suggesting that the curative effect was equivalent(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaozhitongluotang is effective and safe in treating diabetic foot(grade0)with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
