Objective:By observing the clinical study of Huoxuezhitong Decoction cure Blood stasis syndrome Diabetic Foot,to explore the efficacy and mechanism of chinese medicine cure DF.This article is based on the clinical experience of the teacher He Chunhong summed up the prescription for the treatment of Huoxuezhitong Decoction,observed the preparations on the improvement of clinical symptoms effects of DF and the ankle-brachial index,to evaluate the mechanism and objective effect of Huoxuezhitong Decoction cure Grade 0 diabetic foot blood stasis syndrome patients.It provide new ideas and approaches for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This subject has a total of 60 cases observed objects,the selected patients all were Grade 0 diabetic foot blood stasis syndrome patients from Peripheral vascular disease Branch of the first Chinese medicine hospital of Luoyang,36 cases of male and 24 female.In accordance with the parallel,randomized,controlled the principle into the treatment group and control group 30 patients.Treatment group:20 cases of male and 10 female,aged 43 to 80 years,mean age 65.5 ± 9.66 years,duration 1 year to 27 years,the average duration of 11.33 ±6.78,the average fasting blood glucose was 7.49± 0.92 mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(6.96 ± 0.58)%,23 cases of hypertension,coronary heart disease in 16 cases,8 cases of nephropathy,cerebral infarction in 5 cases,2 cases of retinopathy.The control group:16 cases of male and 14 female,aged 48 to 80 years,mean age 66.6 ± 9.80 years,duration 2 months to 25 years,the average duration of 11.27±7.44,the average fasting blood glucose was 7.77 ± 0.72 mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(7.0 ± 0.47)%,23 cases of hypertension,coronary heart disease in 14 cases,12 cases of nephropathy,cerebral infarction in 2 cases,2 cases of retinopathy.Treatment method:Treatment group:on the basis treatment soaking feet with Huoxuezhitong Decoction 5000ml,30min,37?,once a day.The control group:on the basis treatment soaking feet with warm water 5000ml,30min,37?,once a day.Two weeks for a course,the rest were treated with four courses.Before and after treatment for pain,skin temperature,skin color of these signs and symptoms score and monitoring of ABI.Statistical analysis software used SPSS20.0,evaluation of the efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly better than that of control group(86.67%),which was significantly different.Compared with the control group,the skin temperature improved significantly(P<0.05),the skin color improved significantly(P<0.05),and the pain relief was obvious(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the two groups of distance score,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The statistical analysis between the ABI were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Huoxuezhitong Decoction has the role of dredging collateral,can increase the blood supply of distal limb,relieve pain,improve skin temperature,and the control group were significantly different.2.Huoxuezhitong Decoction can significantly improve the limb microcirculation,increase blood flow in ischemic limbs,improve the symptoms of hypoxia and ischemia,reduce the patient's ABI.3.The drugs of Huoxuezhitong Decoction has the mechanism of improving the blood circulation,which proves that there is no obvious side effects,such as "no general pain,no pain","disease in the pulse,transferred to the network" and other theories,for further clinical promotion Provide evidence.4.Through the fumigation therapy,more hot,more faster blood vessels.Drugs penetrate into the blood vessels through the skin,thereby improving the local blood circulation,play a role in relieving symptoms.It provides a clinical basis for the treatment of Diabetic foot.
