Clinical Observation Of CO₂ Lattice Laser Combined With Huanglian Jiedu Sputum In The Treatment Of Onychomycosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of CO₂ lattice laser combined with Huanglian Jiedu Sputum in the treatment of onychomycosis,and to provide a new treatment method for elderly patients and oral contraindication patients,as well as theoretical basis for this treatment scheme,so as to enrich the clinical treatment of onychomycosis.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 cases of onychomycosis with typical symptoms of onychomycosis and positive fungal direct microscopy were collected and randomly divided into control group?36 cases?and treatment group?36 cases?with 95 cases of onychomycosis and treatment group?92 cases of onychomycosis?.Control group:The patients were treated with CO₂ lattice laser from Israel Medical Personnel Company once a week for 4 times,and then once every two weeks for 4 times.The course of treatment was 8 times for 12 weeks.The treatment group:On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the hospital's in-hospital preparation of Huanglian Jiedu sputum was used twice a day,and the appropriate amount was the same as the control group.Both groups were followed up for 3 months after the end of treatment.According to the age,type of nail,the depth of deck involvement,the degree of keratosis and the location of infection,the SCIO scores of different types of onychomycosis were compared before treatment,after treatment and 3 months after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and fungal clearance rate of the two groups were compared after 3 months of different types of treatment.At the same time,adverse reactions were recorded and patients'satisfaction was investigated.Results:1.After treatment and three months after treatment,the clinical score index?SCIO?of different types of onychomycosis in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and there were statistical differences?p<0.05?.The treatment group had statistical significance compared with the control group?p<0.05?.2.Three months after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group?p<0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the white superficial type?p>0.05?.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the whole nail type?p<0.05?.3.Three months after treatment,the fungal clearance rate in the treatment group?56.52%?was higher than that in the control group?41.05%?,with statistical significance?p<0.05?.4.Three months after treatment,the satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was83.33%,and that of patients in the control group was 77.78%.The satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.CO₂ dot matrix laser combined with Huanglian Jiedu Sputum for the treatment of onychomycosis;2.CO₂ dot matrix laser combined with Huanglian Jiedu Sputum is better than the all-A damage type in the treatment of non-all nail damage;3.CO₂ dot matrix laser combined with Huanglian Jiedu Sputum for the treatment of onychomycosis has high safety and good tolerance,no obvious adverse reactions,can be used for clinical promotion.
