The Clinical Observation Of Using Mongolian Medicine ShaRiTang Decoction In The Recovery Period Of Acne Scar Treated By CO₂ Lattice Laser

Objective:To prove that take the Sharitang orally in the recovery period of acne scar after operation with carbon dioxide lattice laser can reduce the aggravation of acne,crusting,facial flushing,burning,swelling and other phenomena,and promote the self repair of skin,accelerate the recovery and shorten the time of delay period delay period,so as to reduce the postoperative complications of patients.Methods:From October 2017 to March 2019,60 patients diagnosed as "mild to moderate acne scars" and "skin classification of type ?" in the outpatient department of skin beauty center of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University of nationalities were recruited and divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.After the same parameters of CO2 lattice laser operation,the control group received routine nursing while the experimental group received routine nursing and Mongolian medicine Sharitang for fifteen days.The complications and days of delay period were compared between the two groups.Results:The average number of days of delay period was 7.53±1.05 in the control group and 5.50±2.27 in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Mongolian medicine Sharitang in the recovery period of acne scar after the operation with carbon dioxide lattice laser can effectively shorten the delay period and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
