Clinical Study On Female Infertility Treating By Psychological Intervention Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:To study the psychological problems of female infertility patients,observe the clinical effect of combination of psychological intervention combined with TCM in the treatment of female infertility,then eliminate physical and psychological stress in patients with infertility,to improve ovulation quality,and achieve the purpose of pregnancy.Methods:To select the patients of psychological problems by completing the SCL-90 questionnaire in 306 infertility patients in the hospital Chinese medicine gynecological clinic from January 2016 to December 2017,to understand the relationship between psychological factors and infertility.To select 275 cases with psychological problems according analysis of the psychological status.Among them,after the diagnosis and informed consent,146 women with functional infertility fill out the psychological classification questionnaire to understand the patient’s mental state,and were randomly divided into simple drug group and joint treatment group,73 each group.The simple drug group was treated with JieyuZhuyun decoction;joint treatment group was given JieyuZhuyun decoction combined with psychotherapy.The curative effect was observed after 3 months of treatment.Each group of patients completed the SAS,SDS questionnaire and TCM symptom score table before and after treatment in order to the score comparison.According to the patient’s previous menstrual cycle to calculate the ovulation time in theory,monitoring follicular development from 6 days ahead of theoretical ovulation and guiding the sexual intercourse according to ovulation,then statistical ovulation and pregnancy outcome.SPSS 19.0 software was used to statistical analysis,in order to evaluate the state of psychological and therapeutic effect of ovulation and pregnancy.Results:1.Analysis of all infertility patients SCL90 factor scores,compared with Norm:306 cases of infertility patients with 275 cases of infertility patients with psychological problems,that is,the total number of 89.9%,combined diagnosis,of which 108 cases of organic infertility patients,167 cases Functional infertility patients.A total of 146 patients with informed consent were enrolled in the study,which had cross phenomenon,the performance of the pressure type of 146 cases,121 cases of sadness,83 cases of fear,80 cases of rupture,disappointment 127 cases,19 cases of ignorance,131 cases of urgency,72 cases of desperate.Among them,the number of pressure patients from themselves was 80.1%,from the elder generation reached 76.0%,and from the spouse reached 70.0%.2.Before treatment,the levels of SDS(52.75±5.38,51.93±3.10)and SAS(52.60±5.33,51.50±4.88)were not significantly different(P>0.05)in the joint treatment and simple drug group.After treatment,Self-comparison:The scores of SDS(52.75±5.38,42.65±4.52)and SAS(52.60±5.33,38.25±5.52)were significantly lower in the joint treatment group than those before treatment(P<0.05);While the simple drug group,scores decreased than before treatment(51.93 ±3.10,47.00± 4.32),but no significant difference(P>0.05),SAS score(51.50 ±4.88,46.03± 3.79)was significantly lower(P<0.01);Comparison between groups:The scores of SDS(42.65±4.52,47.00±4.32)and SAS(38.25±5.52,46.03±3.79)in the joint treatment group were significantly lower than those in the simple drug group(P 0.05).3.The results of the treatment were evaluated by TCM symptoms.To the comparison points decreased,less than 30%or the symptoms aggravated is invalid,between 30%to 70%or the symptoms improved is effective,more than 70%or the symptoms disappeared is significant.The total effective rate is superposition of effective and significant.The statistical results show that the total effective rate was 91.78%and 80.82%in the joint treatment and simple drug group.4.The results of ovulation showed that the ovulation rate was 73.68%and 64.18%in the joint treatment and simple drug group,the ovulation rate of the joint treatment was higher than that of the simple drug group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.0 5).5.The results of pregnancy showed that the conception rate was 76.71%and 49.32%in the joint treatment and simple drug group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Most of the infertility patients who come to hospital have certain psychological problems or dysfunction.2.Active and effective psychological intervention combined with TCM JieyuZhuyun decoction can improve the cure rate of liver-stagnation-infertility,and embodies the holistic therapeutic approach of traditional Chinese medicine.
