Objective:To explore the relationship of different Parental age on late pregnancy outcomesMethods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 11 333 single parturient women(>28 weeks)who gave birth in Suzhou Kowloon hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.According to the provisions of the international federation of obstetricians and gynecologists, the birth age of mothers is divided into two groups:<35 years old for the non-elderly group,and>35 years old for the elderly group.According to the mother's reproductive age,it was further divided into 5 age groups,<20 years old and 20-29 years old,30-34 years old,35-39 years old,?40 years old.The reproductive age of mothers from 20 to 29 years old was taken as the control group(OR=1.00),and the other groups were successively cross-analyzed with the control group to obtain the dominant ratio(OR)and p value.Fathers were grouped at the same age as mothers.Parental reproductive age and grouping:non-advanced age group(age and<70 years),advanced age group(age and?70 years). The effects of different maternal ages, paternal ages, parental ages, pregnancy outcomes and complications were analyzed. The relationship between parental reproductive age and pregnancy complications was plotted to clearly show the influence of parental reproductive age and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Make sure the best childbearing age in our hospital.Results(1)The probability of older mothers with scar uterus(OR=2.80,95%Cl:2.46-3.15)and uterine fibroids(OR=3.45,95%Cl:2.28-5.22)was significantly increased. At the same time, cesarean section(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.57-1.96)and large for gestational age infant(LGA)(OR=1.36,95%CI:1.16-1.60),Risk of preterm birth(OR=1.34,95%CI:1.07-1.68),fetalmacrosomia(OR=1.25,95%CI:1.04-1.52),hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HCP)(OR=1.85,95%CI:1.41-2.43),gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)(OR=2.12,95%CI:1.83-2.46),placental abnormalities(OR=2.06,95%CI:1.44-2.96).Compared with the group of mothers aged 20-29,30-34,35-39 and>40 years old,The risk of cesarean section(OR value 1.68 Vs 2.16 Vs 2.28),GDM(OR value 1.51 Vs 2.54 Vs 2.35),scar uterus(OR value 3.48 Vs 5.36 Vs 3.53),uterine fibroids(OR value 2.65 Vs 4.73Vs 16.01),and placental abnormalities(OR value 1.84 Vs 2.43 Vs 6.86)increased.(2)The incidence of scar uterus(OR=2.45,95%CI:2.23-2.70)and uterine fibroids(OR=1.43,95%CI:1.04-1.97)increased in the partners of elderly fathers. It also increases the risk of cesarean section(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.38-1.64),LGA(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.05-1.36),HCP(OR=1.48,95%CI:1.17-1.88),GDM(OR=1.85,95%CI:1.63-2.09),and placental abnormalities(OR=2.19,95%CI:1.46-3.25).The analysis of the data of the mother's reproductive age from 20 to 34 years old showed that the elderly father increased the risk of cesarean section(OR=1.38,95%CI:1.24-1.53),GDM(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.31-1.80),and scar uterus(OR=2.15,95%CI:1.90-2.42).Reduce the risk of premature rupture of membranes(PROM)(OR=0.83,95%CI:0.72-0.94),fetal distress(OR=0.66,95%Cl;0.50-0.94),and oligohydramnios(OR=0.63,95%C1:0.40-1.00).The risk of cesarean section(OR=1.41 Vs 1.65 Vs 1.59),GDM(OR=1.22 Vs 1.67 Vs 1.93),and scar uterus(OR=2.80Vs 4.10 Vs 2.80)was increased in patients aged 30-34,35-39 and 40,compared with those aged 20-29.The risk of PROM was reduced(OR values were 0.81 Vs 0.78 Vs 0.57,respectively).(3)In families with elderly parents, the probability of maternal complicated with scar uterus(OR=2.56,95%CI:2.29-2.85)and uterine fibroids(OR=3.06,95%CI:2.05-4.59)increased.Increased cesarean section(OR=1.66,95%CI:1.50-1.84),LGA(OR=1.30,95%CI:1.12-1.50),fetalmacrosomia(OR=1.19,95%CI:1.00-1.42),HCP(OR=1.68,95%CI:1.30-2.18),GDM(OR=2.00,95%CI:1.74-2.30),hydramnios(OR=2.82,95%CI:1.04-7.65),placental abnormalities(OR=1.59,95%CI:1.11-2.27)risk of occurrence.(4)There was a positive correlation between the risk of pregnancy and age,and the pregnancy outcome and complications were statistically significant:the OR value of the elderly group was:elderly Mother group>elderly parents group>elderly father group.Cesarean section(1.76 Vs 1.66 Vs 1.51),LGA(1.36 Vs 1.30 Vs 1.20),GDM(2.12 Vs 2.00 Vs 1.85),scar uterus(2.80 Vs 2.56 Vs 2.45),uterine fibroids(3.45 Vs 3.06 Vs 1.43).(5)Both elderly mothers and elderly fathers had no effect on the prolongation and retardation of the labor process of primipara.(6)Adverse pregnancy outcome per capita number of cases of age with his father and mother was a positive correlation with age,and age.Father group:the trend line R2=0.1245,the formula is:y(per capita number)=0.0088 x(paternal age)=0.5666.The mother group, the trend line R2=0.7333,the formula is:y(number)per person(mother age)0.0678=0.0289 x.Age and group:a trend line R2=0.5793.The formula is:y(per capita number)=0.015 x-0.0084(the sum of parental age).Risk of adverse pregnancy outcome(OR value)age with his father and mother was a positive correlation with age,and age.(7)The optimal age for fathers to have children is 28-34 years old.The optimal age for mothers to have children is 26-31 years old.ConclusionParents childbearing age is closely related to pregnancy outcomes, elderly parents'family, the probability of merger hysteromyoma, uterine scar, fetalmacrosomia,LGA,GDM,the incidence of risk is higher, less than a lower risk of SGA.The age of the father partner oligohydramnios, the fetal intrauterine distress, there is a lower risk of PROM.Mother is greater than the effect of age on pregnancy outcome father age effects on pregnancy outcome.Oligohydramnios fetal intrauterine distress risk factors.Senile birth parents are prolonged labor, block of primipara.Adverse pregnancy outcomes in per capita number and risk are age with his father, mother, age, and was positively related to age.According to our data, the optimal age for fathers to have children is 28-34 years old.The optimal age for mothers to have children is 26-31 years old.
