| Objective:To use the suspected vaccination side effects(AEFI)information management system for case management,and understand the distribution characteristics of AEFI to reduce the negative impact of suspected vaccination side effects on normal immunization planning.Methods:The AEFI case data related to the immunization planning vaccine reported to the national suspected vaccination abnormal response management system in Chong'an District of Wuxi City in 2008-2016 was analyzed.The vaccines included in the surveillance mainly include BCG,hepatitis B yeast,polio diploid,polio attenuated monkey kidney,polio inactivation,white blood cell-free,white broken,measles,Hemp wind,leprosy,hepatitis A inactivation,Hepatitis A attenuated,JE inactivation,JE attenuated,ECM A,ECM A+C,ECM A+C+Y+W135,Influenza,Varicella,HIB,Rotavirus,Heptavalent Pneumonia,23 Pneumonia,Lantigen B.There are 24 kinds of vaccines.Results:(1)There were 24 kinds of vaccines used in Chong'an District of Wuxi City from 2008 to 2016,with a total of 475,867 doses,with an average of 52,874.11 doses/year;AEFI reported a total of 254 cases,with an average of 28.22 cases/year;137 males,accounting for 53.94%;117 women,accounting for 46.06%;the youngest 2 months,the oldest 59 years,the average age(8.48±5.39)years old,the children<1 year old 114 cases,accounting for 44.88%,ranking first.(2)The average annual AEFI occurrence is more than 12%,especially in 2012,the highest number reached 15.75%.Reported every month,the number of reports in January(3.15%),February(4.73%),October(3.54%),December(4.33%),April(17.32%),June(14.57%),November(11.81%)was the most,all exceeded 10%,and the remaining months reported 17 to 22 cases.It is suggested that preventive measures should be taken in April,June and November to reduce the occurrence of AEFI.(3)The classification of AEFI was mainly general reaction,a total of 212 cases(83.46%),41 cases(16.15%)of abnormal reactions,1 case(0.39%)of couples,and the reported incidence rate was 44.55/100,8.62/100,0.21/100.The general reaction was mainly caused by fever,redness/hardening,45 cases(17.71%),41 cases were allergic rashes,and 1 case(0.39%)was allergic purpura,AEFI occurred.The classification results were compared and the difference was statistically significant(x2=445.051,P<0.05).The main clinical diagnosis was 107 cases(42.12%)with local redness,174 cases(68.50%)with fever,and 11 cases(4.33%)with rash.The main results of clinical diagnosis of AEFI were statistically significant(x2=236.820,P<0.05).(4)Reported cases of subcutaneous injection of 119 cases(46.85%)and intramuscular injection of 118 cases(46.46%),intramuscular injection of 1 cases(0.39%),oral administration of 16 cases(6.30%).214 cases(84.25%)of the upper arm deltoids were injected at specific locations,24 cases(9.45%)in the buttocks,and 16 cases(6.30%)in the oral,AEFI The results of the vaccination route were compared and the difference was statistically significant(x2=135.905,P<0.05).In AEFI,32 cases(12.60%)were cured,171 cases(67.32%)were cured,and 51 cases(20.08%)improved.(5)Among the 24 vaccines inoculated in 2008-2016 in Chong'an District of Wuxi City,the higher proportions were BPA,AMB,ECM and leprosy,which were 22.05%,14.57%and 12.20%,respectively.Vaccine-related AEFI The constituent ratio was compared and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.844,P=0.007).The highest reported rate was polio attenuated monkey kidney,leprosy and flu,which were 522.56,235.58 and 166.61/100,000 doses respectively.The results of vaccine-related AEFI report rate were statistically significant(x2=231.779,P=0.007).Conclusion:The report rate of some vaccines in Chong'an District of Wuxi City is relatively high,and various inoculation institutions should further standardize the vaccination process and reduce the reporting rate of suspected vaccination side effects. |
