| With the continuous development of the society and the continuous improvement of the quality of life,women’s pursuit of beauty has kept pace with The Times,and they pay more attention to the coordination and unification of inner beauty and outer beauty.For postpartum women,due to pregnancy production curves of deformation,uncoordinated,and at the same time of changes in the body curve,also a certain degree of influence on women’s psychological,often leads to mental tension,depression,especially in the body of a pregnant before curve with production after formed by contrast,are more likely to result in their own defects and not feel a lack of confidence,easy to coordinate pessimistic disappointment,emotionally vulnerable,and postpartum hormone levels drop to bring the change of the endocrine system,easily lead to psychological inferiority complex.Zumba,as an emerging aerobic exercise,can improve the physical and psychological quality of postpartum women to varying degrees.Experimental method,this research adopts the exercise intervention will zumba dance as a means of intervention,from the Angle of body self-esteem and life satisfaction,to analyze the zumba dance exercise and postpartum women,the relationship between mental health inquiry by zumba dance exercise can improve the level of postpartum women body self-esteem and life satisfaction,and thus promote the postpartum women’s mental health,This research through the author’s job to provide convenient conditions,experiment study recruited 40 postpartum women,and it can be divided into the experimental group and control group in two groups,each group 20 people,the experimental group zumba dance exercise intervention.The control group did not carry out special physical exercise.During the experiment,the exercise time and intensity of the experimental group were strictly controlled.By comparing and analyzing the changes of mental health indicators in the aspects of zumba exercise,front,middle and back,this paper aims to explore the effects of zumba exercise on postpartum women’s physical self-esteem and life satisfaction.The research results showed that:1.The experimental group that participated in zumba exercise had higher overall self-esteem,body self-esteem and state of mind than the control group;2.Moderate zumba exercise has a positive effect on physical self-esteem and life satisfaction;3.Before and after zumba exercise,postpartum women showed good changes in life satisfaction. |
