Intervention Of Jianpi Huashi And Huoxue Jiedu Decoction On Helicobacter Pylori

This study used patients with clinical Helicobacter pylori infection as subjects.To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huashi and Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on patients with Helicobacter pylori infection,and determine its clinical efficacy.It aims to provide a new treatment method and research idea for clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori.A total of 64 patients with Hp infection?spleen-deficiency damp-heat combined with blood stasis type? from Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by stratified randomization method.Among them,32 patients in the treatment group were given Jianpi Huashi and Huoxue Jiedu Decoction?Coptis 10g,Astragalus 15g,Musk 15g,Atractylodes 10g,Pinellia 10g,Tangerine 10g,Cimicifuga 10g,Wulingzhi 10g,Fried Valley Bud 30g,fried malt 30g,dried ginger 10g,Codonopsis 10g,Zhigancao 6g?+standard triple?esomeprazole+amoxicillin capsule+colloidal pectin dry suspension? oral.In the control group,32 patients were given standard quadruple?esomeprazole+amoxicillin capsule+clarithromycin+colloidal pectin dry suspension? orally.The two groups were routinely treated for 2 weeks.After the end of the treatment,stopped taking all the drugs that have an effect on Helicobacter pylori for 4 weeks,reviewed ¹⁴C,and checked the Hp value.Finally,the clinical efficacy,eradication rate,Hp value,TCM syndrome score changes?including stomach pain,stomach bloating,helium,eat less,bitterness,bad breath,mental sleepiness,diarrhea? and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups were observed.The results showed that the treatment group was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 25 cases,effective in 3 cases,and ineffective in 2cases.The total effective rate was 93.75%.The control group was cured in0 cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,and the total effective rate was 75.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?.30 patients in the treatment group were negative,2 were positive,Hp eradication rate was 93.75%,23 in the control group were negative,9 were positive,and the eradication rate was 71.88%.The eradication rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?.After treatment,the Hp values of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Hp value of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group?P<0.05?.The TCM syndrome points of the two groups were lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of stomach pain,stomach bloating,helium,eat less,bitterness,bad breath,mental sleepiness,diarrhea?P<0.05?.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.25%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 28.13%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:compared with standard quadruple therapy,Jianpi Huashi,Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with standard triple therapy is effective,can significantly improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori infection,reduce Hp value,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It provides a new treatment method for clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori,which is safe and effective.So,this method is worth promoting.
