The Literature Research On Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu

The Tong Ren Tong Yao Mu is a catalogue of Tong Ren Tang's manufactured and sold patent medicines.It recorded the name,efficacy,taking method and price of Tong Ren Tang Pharmacy.According to the different versions of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu collected in Beijing,the number of patent medicines ranged from 363 to 495,and the engraving period was between 1764 and 1923 for more than 160 years,and the number of words based on different engravings ranged from 20000 to 40,000 words.In this study,the author selected the original version of Jiashen(1764)in the 29 years of Qing Qianlong in the National Library of China and the second year of Gengxu(1910)version of Qing Xuantong in the National Library of China.The research methods of this paper involve literature research,field research and statistical analysis.The author investigates the National Library of Beijing,the National Library of China,the Library of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the Institute of Chinese Medical History and Documentation of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and makes a comprehensive between the different editions,styles,naming methods,types,main treatment and taking methods of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu.At the end of the paper,the author analyzed the patent medicines sold by Tong Ren Tang in ancient and modern times,and discussed the value and significance of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu.Firstly,this paper makes a textual research on "Pharmaceutical Catalogues ".After the author's research,"Pharmaceutical Catalogues " initially refers to "a kind of medical literature".In the course of development,the meaning of "drugs" or "prescriptions'appeared or referred to respectively,and finally solidified into ancient books referring to the prescription preparation.As a catalogue describing a certain range of prescription preparations," Pharmaceutical Catalogues " itself was not the official Pharmacopoeia of the government at that time,but the efficacy of the drugs contained in it was affirmative,accepted by the masses in a certain region,and could be regarded as a pharmacopoeia of a pharmacy hall.This paper studies the version of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu collected in Beijing.According to the description of "General Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Medical Books"and the author's field investigation,the editions of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu include Jiashen(1764)in 29 years of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty,Tongzhi(2 kinds),Gengxu(1910)in 2 years of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty(3 kinds),1917 and 1923.After a detailed comparative study of various editions,the author believes that the title of the"Qian long Jia shen Reprint" in the National Library is "Tong Ren Tang Yue jia Lao Pu Sitting in the South-to-North Honest Pharmacy outside the Zheng yang Gate of Kyoto",which should be better than the "Qian long Jia shen Reprint" in the traditional cultural center of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Group.In addition,the author identifies the "Xian feng 2-year Ren zi Engraved Version" and "Tong Ren Tang Pharmacopoeia" in the reference room of the Chinese Medical History Documentation Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and compares the differences in content between the six-year reprinted edition of the Republic of China and the twelve-year reprinted edition of the Republic of China.The following is about the content of the study,the author selected the "Xuan tong 2-year Reprint" collected in the National Library of China,this content is divided into 16 categories,a total of 492 kinds of drugs.This paper discusses the compiling style of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu.Although there are many versions of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu,there are prefaces made by Yue Feng ming before the body of each version.Except for the reissued version of Qian long Jia shen,there are two "announcements" appended to the preface of the versions collected in other Beijing collections.In terms of catalogue,the two-year reprints of Xuan tong are divided into 16 categories,compared with the earliest Qian long Jia shen reprints,which remove the Za zhi men and increase the Bu yi men and the Wen yi men;however,the 20 kinds of ready-made drugs included in miscellaneous gate have not been deleted,but have been added to the categories of Qi zhi men,Shu shi men,Fu ke men,Shang han men,Feng tan men,Chuang ke men,Wen yi men,Bu yi men,Xiao er men,Tan sou men and so on.Text,including 492 entries of proprietary medicine,"seeking heirs" and"prescriptions for treating children with acne".The form of prescription record is listed drugs first,followed by illness and symptoms,and finally the method of taking drugs.The paper also analyzed seven naming methods of Chinese patent medicines in Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu.This paper also makes a basic analysis of the diseases and syndromes of the Chinese patent medicines included in the list of medicines.By sorting out the disease syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,we can see that the disease syndromes are very extensive,including internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and five-organ department.There are 30 kinds of characteristic patent medicines and 28 kinds of antialcoholic medicines for the seed of heir,which illustrates the multi-demand for the seed of heir and the normalization of drinking.In this paper,the quantity statistics of pharmaceutical products are carried out.From the reissued edition of Jia shen in Qian long to the reissued edition of Xuan tong in the second year,the number of medicines included in the reissued edition showed an increasing trend,which indicated that the pharmacy had been developing continuously.In terms of formulation,Tong Ren Tang manufactures and sells more than 10 formulations,including pills,powder,paste,dan,ingot,liquor and powder.Taking the two-year republished edition of Xuan tong as an example,there are 269 pills,45 dispersions,50 ointments,62 Dan agents,8 ingots,7 glues,5 liquors,6 powders,1 flour agent,3 oils,1 frost and 35 others.This paper summarizes the medication methods.There are many methods of using drugs in Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu.There are mainly internal medication methods,including water,wine,soup and other delivery;external medication application methods include external application,washing,moxibustion,liniment,sticking,etc.In addition,the taboos are described in detail.At the end of the paper,the value and significance of Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu are discussed in detail,including historical value and cultural value.This paper also makes a demonstration comparison between Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu and other Pharmaceutical Catalogues.Taking Tong Ren Tang and Da Ren Tang as examples,we found that the semicolon Da Ren Tang not only inherited Tong Ren Tang's medicines,but also innovated new medicines.At the same time,Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu was compared with Hang zhou Hu qing Yu tang Wan San Gao Dan Quan Ji.It was found that there was no dew in Tong Ren Tang Yao Mu.
