The medical data sharing plays an important role in promoting the efficient use of medical data resources.It improves the quality of medical diagnosis,and brings great convenience to patients.However,it’s urgent to solve issues of users’ data security and privacy preservation during the process of medical data sharing.In the actual and secure medical data sharing application,it’s challenging and important to provide a better experience for users and prevent personal privacy leakage and data disclosure.Aiming at security and privacy issues in the remote eldercare system,a security-aware eldercare system is proposed.The elder’s health information is encrypted and sent to the fog.The fog processes the data in ciphertext by using homomorphic encryption.Then,the result is forwarded to the caregiver,who is the guardian of the elder.The caregiver judges the elder’s health status by decrypting the result.The caregiver sends a medical service request to the medical service provider if the elder is in bad health condition.For preventing irrelevant entities from getting the elder’s health information,only the medical service provider who satisfies the access structure can access the data.In order to solve the shortcomings of modern appointment registration system and personal privacy disclosure and security vulnerability problems,a novel secure-aware online appointment registration system is proposed,which can achieve department matching and doctor searching with privacy preservation.Firstly,a patient can describe his/her symptoms with searchable encryption and sends the ciphertext to the cloud server.Then the electronic health record(EHR)cloud server matches information of the department associated with similar symptoms and sends the department in ciphertext to the patient.Furthermore,the patient sends his/her requirements with attribute-based keyword search encryption to doctor’s profile system(DPS)server,which can search for the appropriate doctors corresponding to the encrypted requirement without decrypting it.The doctors’ profiles are sent to the searcher in ciphertext.Lastly,the searcher can make an online appointment with expected doctor.Security analysis demonstrates that the system can achieve data confidentiality and integrity,mutual authentication,secure search,anonymity and trapdoor unlinkability.
