With the advent of the information age,the storage and sharing of medical data has become a research hotspot in the new era.Under the influence of the new era,the traditional way of data storage has many disadvantages.The medical data stored in the server can better protect the data from physical damage(such as short circuit,fire,earthquake,damage and other environmental physics)and loss.So more and more people choose to use new storage methods to replace the traditional storage methods.However,the new storage method brings convenience to people's life,but the security problem can not be ignored.Among them,the most important ones include network administrators and hackers.Therefore,the focus of current research to increase the security and efficiency.Attribute encryption and proxy re-encryption are proposed to be used to store data in the third-party server.While attribute encryption and proxy re-encryption bring fine-grained access control,they also increase the security of files to ensure that the third-party server can not obtain plaintext and realize secure storage and sharing.Therefore,using these characteristics,this paper proposes a medical data storage scheme based on attribute proxy re-encryption,according to the research of the storage scheme,designs and implements a medical data management system based on attribute proxy re-encryption.The specific research is as follows:1)According to the attribute encryption and proxy re-encryption's characteristics.We investigate in depth attribute encryption and proxy re-encryption.this paper Combined with the research hotspots and development trends at home and abroad and combination of medical data and attribute proxy re-encryption's characteristics.2)The traditional attribute proxy re-encryption have two problems,low encryption efficiency and difficult key change,this paper proposes an attribute proxy re-encryption scheme based on cloud storage.The scheme combines cloud storage with proxy re-encryption and attribute encryption.Medical data is divide into Sensitive Data and Body Data,the Sensitive Data use to achieve data sharing and efficient matching.3)Combined with the above research according to the functional requirements and technical requirements of the data storage system,the medical data storage system based on attribute proxy re-encryption is implemented.Divide into the module business and design the module process,analyze and implement the system in strict accordance with the requirements design,and test the system to ensure the reliability and security of the system.
