Objective:1.On the basis of routine care,a combination of oxygen-driven atomization, pharynx care, and nasal irrigation will be developed to formulate a comprehensive and systematic nasolopharynx cleansing technique that can be used in clinical care.2.To investigate the clinical effect of nasopharyngeal cleaning nursing technique on respiratory infections in preschool children. Methods:This study selected 80 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection and bronchial pneumonia respectively from January 2016 to January 2017 in the hospitals in Wuhan.Acute respiratory infections:had 39 patients in the experimental group and 38 in the control group.bronchopneumonia had 37 patients in the experimental group and 38cases in the control group. Some children had interrupted treatment or poor adherence. They were not included in our statistical data and were given routine treatment and nursing in the control group.Children in the experimental group were given conventional treatment and care, and they were given systematic nasopharynx cleansing techniques and persisted in giving Oxygen drive atomization+pharynx care+nasal irrigation treatment and a set of nasopharyngeal cleaning care technology. The general information questionnaires for children, acute upper respiratory tract infections in children and symptoms and signs of bronchial pneumonia and clinical efficacy criteria were used as evaluation tools. All data were entered into Graphpad-Prism 7.0 software;statistical descriptions were presented using means, standard deviations, and percentages, and statistical methods were unpaired t test and analysis of variance.Result:1.Before treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection and bronchopneumonia, the general information and main symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were compared. The general conditions of the patients before and after the treatment in the experimental group and the control group have no difference. There was no difference in age, sex, body temperature, sleep, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, etc.Basically, there was no statistical difference in the number of white blood cells, neutrophils, monocytes, lymphocyte numbers, and C-reactive protein in blood tests.Differences in learning(P>0.05).2.After treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection, the remission time of nasal obstruction(1.00±0.67,d),cough(1.17±0.21,d),sore throat(1.47±0.30,d),pharyngeal hyperemia(2.92±0.37,d),swollen tonsils(3.0±1.20,d)in the experimental group was significantly faster than that of the control group, nasal congestion(2.0±0.94,d),cough(1.60±0.52,d),sore throat(1.84±0.24,d),pharyngeal hyperemia(3.45±0.55,d),swollen tonsils(3.75±0.43,d);The recovery times of leukocytes number(7.14±1.06)10~9/L,monocyte number(0.39±0.15))10~9/L and CRP(4.85±0.84)mg/L were significantly faster than those in the control group leukocytes number(9.29±1.61)10~9/L,monocytes number(0.62±0.20)10~9/L,and CRP(15.85±4.9)/mg/L.In addition, the length of hospital stay(4.80±0.20,d).was significantly shorter in the experimental group than that of the control group(5.50±0.22,d).p<0.05,statistically significant.3.After treatment of bronchial pneumonia, the symptoms of nasal congestion(1.43±0.67,d)and drooling(2.3±0.73,d)were significantly faster in the experimental group than those in the control group(1.84±0.22,d).(3.1±052,d);The hematopoietic markers leukocytes(7.79±1.69)10~9/L,neutrophils(4.05±1.31)10~9/L,and CRP(6.03±0.45)mg/L recovered significantly faster in the experimental group than the control group. The leukocytes in the group were(9.84±1.69)10~9/L,neutrophils(5.38±1.42)10~9/L,and CRP(8.61±0.98)mg/L,but there was no significant effect on the number of lymphocytes and monocytes. The length of stay in the experimental group(5.8±0.29,d)was significantly shorter than that in the control group(7.2±0.48,d).p<0.05,statistically significant. Conclusion:Under the premise of conventional treatment and nursing in the hospital, the standard nasopharyngeal cleansing technique can significantly shorten the duration of symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, cough, sore throat, tonsils and lymphadenopathy in patients with respiratory infections. The hemogram indicators return to normal as soon as possible, and the hospitalization time was significantly shortened. It can be used as a set of nasopharyngeal cleansing techniques in the clinic.
